This may be lengthy but ill walk you through.

This may be lengthy but ill walk you through. Stopped in here to look for a car for my gf. Liked a lexus on the lot and ended up purchasing for myself. I asked to view car on lift. Mad an apointment for 230 the following day. Only to show up and them say they didn't have an open lift... I expressed I have concerns yet they didn't seem to matter other that they wanted me to pick up before end of month (foe there numbers).. I said i hear a chirp/squeeze under hood in witch I was responded to with its just a belt we will repair before you pick up along with the trunk switch they said was replaced but still didn't work. i stated that this isnt a belt squeel. I have years! Of auto experience. I also noted a vibration in the front end with a pull.. not slight but significant.. all reasons i wanted to view on the lift however I took there word and trusted it to be fixed. I picked up the car end of the day and behold the belt is squeeling... ok, now im getting pissed. So I call it out and am told well get you right in to have it repaired. Well the drive home showed that the pull and vibration was still present also. When I got home I realize the truck is still inop as well. Ok, now im getting pissed. I call in the next day for a service apointment on the car I JUST PICKED UP THE DAY BEFORE! he says Thursday, ok Wednesday night I drop the car and I work from home to be available. Its now 330 and I have not had no reach out or update so I call in. Im told I brought the car on the wrong day.... excuse me? He says it was for 3 Thursdays from now. Ok so the car i just bought after being promised it would be fixed before I got it! I had 2 questions. How it this ok and why did you leave it sit there all night and all day and not call me and say somthing if I brought it on the "wrong day"??!! Unreal! So he says ill get it in... I puck the car up as they are closing. He says we put a belt on it and fixed the pull and vibration. Ok, at least it's ok now right? WRONG! im at the first stop light and its squeeling away. First 50 mph road its vibrating but hey its not pulling anymore! Im irate at this point and I endeavor into looking at the car myself. Squeel is the belt tensioner. Guess what? On this car its an extensive repair! As in pull radiator and compressor and alternator. Its an over 500 dollar job. Im fed up and I replace myself. Problem solved. Found that to solve the pull they jacked tire pressure to 60psi on the right side of the car. Twice required pressure and twice the left side set at 30psi! Are you kidding me! Seriously! Fast forward to the following month when I get a credit alert. ( I have an over 800 credit score I stated very clearly who would be financing the car and only that company will run my credit and it was to be pulled only one time! Well guess what I have 2 pulls. One from members as I requested but wait here is another pull from amys garage! xxx! This was hands down the most xxxxxxxx experience I have ever had! No one wanted or cared to here a xxxx thing about it. So guess who I tell everyone I know to stay away from

A very pleasant experience

This is a smaller to medium dealer/garage with maybe 75 cars on site. I saw the car listed on cars.com, called them, and then took a ride to see it. The building is small with a center office, 3 garage bays, and the lot extends all around. There are a few people that work in the office, sales, and others work in the garage. I'm sure their responsibilites overlap. I took the car for a 10 minute spin and brought it back. I talked it over with one of the staff members and decided I would think about it. Mechanically it was sound, but there were some cosmetic issues- body damage and the interior had some scratches, wear, and was less than pristine. I have a feeling that the car was somebody's trade in. It was actually a little dirty inside and out which surprised me because the other cars were very clean, and it smelled of lemon. I did ultimately come back and purchased it as there were not that many cars to choose from that meet my criteria. I would have liked to have it checked out by my own mechanic before I purchased it, but I had no relationship with any local mechanics and I had already been well over one month without a car; close to 2 months (I still had a rental I was paying for). They assured me that the car is sound and that they stand by their 3 month warranty (any warranty work needs to be performed on site with them). The ladies in the office were able to finish my paperwork and get the car registered and issued me a tag. They even took photos and handed out T-shirts. I really like the whole experience from start to finish. Everybody was professional (but this is not a suit and tie place, most staff were wearing sweatshirts) and there was no shady sales guy telling blatant lies to make a sale. There were also no crazy fees (almost none). On top of the price of the car and normal registration and tax fees there was a "document prep fee," which was $422. I'm not crazy about this and don't agree with this, but most car dealers have some fees. I also did not need to pay for the warranty, which is how it should be. Another dealer I went to in New Jersey had almost $2000 in fees on an $8000 sale. My previous car however from a dealer in Owego, NY cost $7000- and I paid $7000. This is how it should be! But yes, I would definitely come back. I feel confident that I had an honest transaction, and should I have any problems these people would address my concerns. I think doing their own warranty work in their own garage is a big deal. I've heard so many stories about people purchasing warranties and then the engine or transmission blows up the company does not make good on their warranty.

Absolutely the best experience Purchasing a car!

Honest, Reliable, Great Service, Great Staff! Plenty of inventory & an On-site Service Station for maintenance and repairs. What else can you ask for? Took my brother-in-law up there to find a reliable car. He was on a VERY TIGHT BUDGET. As an Amputee, he had additional needs that needed to be addressed. Amey's was incredible! He drove out of there with the PERFECT vehicle! Reliable, within his budget, and able to accommodate his Adaptive Equipment. Car was in fantastic shape! Staff was incredible! Price was more then fair! And to be real, the ONLY used car lot we walked away frm with CONFIDENCE that they were COMPLETELY HONEST and we got a VERY GOOD DEAL! (And I got a T-shirt! LOL) I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank guys for everything! AMEY'S is a winner!

Great Dealership

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from them and it had a strong coolant smell to it a couple days later.i stopped by the garage and the mechanic said it was the water pump .they scheduled me in for the fix and replaced it quickly. They sold me a great vehicle and I wouldn’t think twice about sending someone there to buy one also.

Great to work with

Jeremy and Jason were very accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with, even though I was coming from a distance to buy one of their vehicles. The van I purchased was a great deal.
