Write a reviewBeware this Car Dealer
Purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion and found a Mickey Mouse work around to avoid fixing AC problem. Wireing caused car battery to drain overnight. Dealer refused to fix problem until I already took the car to Ford Dealer. Cost me over $800 and I ask dealer to at least pay half of the repair bill since he insisted the car was checked by his mechanic. Either mechanic was the cause or incompetent. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a problem. They do not stand behind their word.

Perfect dealer to go to
Got a car in less than 20 minutes as I needed to go out of state. Everything has been great. Make sure to ask for Leslie, she is great.

Did not complete agreed upon repairs
Purchased the vehicle and it needed maintenance. Company agreed to perform the maintenance and we purchase the needed parts. After several visits to the location, there was always an excuse as to why the repairs could not be completed. The vehicle brakes were completely gone and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. No repairs were ever made by the Company. Had to make the repairs ourselves at our expense.

Good car, no license plate after 8 weeks
Overall, the dealer was decent to deal with. Unfortunately, I have become frustrated with the follow through on getting license plates. After 8 weeks and several calls to the dealer, I still do not have them. What gives? Why do they not send them, I paid the taxes, driving around now with expired temp tags and nothing I can do. I will explain what happened in detail. Bought a car for my mom who is a snowbird. I left off the building number to her condo and the information the sales person put in defaulted to Daytona, not Palm Coast, so plates went to the wrong city and sat for 4 weeks. We called dealer and found out this to be the case. They had plates sent back to their sales office and said they would send them back out to us. Well, its been 3 weeks since they said they sent them out and after 3 phone calls, I still do not have them. Why do they not track this? I believe its because they choose not to send it out for the added postage and want me to go to the tax office and pay additional funds to create a new title, license plates etc. WILL NOT RECOMMEND A DEALER WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. Still waiting for them.
