Buyer beware is right bought a Pacifica that was bragged up to me got home and all kinds of issues told me had new tires and it didn't they were not good, stated they do an amazing inspection which I don't believe look at pics of air filter no dealer should pass that on top of it headlight bulbs were popped out, marker light shattered and had to have housing and bulb replaced, only one floor mat, bolt missing from filter, bad wipers, missing rear wiper, rear backup bulbs burnt out, wheel hub bearings need to be replaced, blower fan motor, and tires were way out of balance and tire shop stated no way this went through a dealer inspection so barely after having it have to spend over 2000 dollars on it I mean they did send me couple hundred back which is laughable now they told me I was being picky and it was small things well tires are 600 and blower motor for front cheapest is 300 just for part not installed and then tack on another 1000 or more for front wheel hub bearings, filters, and electrical items, plus Evac issue that according to a Chrysler dealer the codes were cleared in the past off vehicle diagnosis history. I trusted them at the word of how picky they were and how they inspected things and that was false I went and changed all fluids as I didn't trust they did any of it. They even were rude stating well you signed off well yes I did cause of all the hog wash I was told. And on top they still haven't sent all the paper work that I have requested multiple times and staff is always gone or out of country I am past my registration and trooper wanted to ticket me for pass being expired when I told them everything I still needed if this is how they do business stay clear all unless you want to spend tons of money after the sale and on top of it they go well didn’t you drive and didn’t you walk around it well it was almost dark I rushed there after work for almost 3 hour drive again the bragged up the vehicle and how picky they inspect them bring a mechanic with or AS IS. UPDATE: also found out tires are all choppy and unevenly worn 2 tires shops stated a dealer that inspected this should have never passed tires as road worthy or sent it down the road the way they were and it was inspected by 2 highly qualified and reputable tires shops

Purchased truck from KMG several states away. Jim, Kathy and team have been absolutely wonderful. Jim was friendly, very honest, true to his word, and wonderful to work with. Upon request, they even drove the truck to a mechanic of my choice to be checked. My mechanic inspected vehicle and all came back exactly as Jim said. They have their own service center, and Randy there is also very good & nice. Kathy was super friendly and organized to her me arrange financing. Very glad to have found a great truck + great people. Great experience. Definitely recommend.

Not Honest
This place is not honest about their cars conditions, they try to hide problems with their cars to try and get you to go down there and then they try to make up some BS story about how they just found out about the problem. They don't try to fix the cars on their lot. All they do is just erase the check engine light codes and expect the problem to not come back during a costumers test drive, and if you go back and tell them the check engine light is on a day later, they will pull the "all sales are final" BS. This kind of stuff is alot of dealerships bussness model.
