They were incredibly accommodating, answering my numerous questions, even outside normal business hours. What made the experience truly exceptional was their attention to detail. They understood that buying a GT3 isn't just about the car; it's about the whole experience. They made sure the vehicle was detailed to perfection and walked me through all its aspects, from the technicalities of the PDK transmission to the intricacies of the sports exhaust system. Stay away

Really bad experience all around. Pressured into deposit to reserve, but could not produce the documentations needed. It seems like anything will be said to get you to deposit.

Buyer Beware

Bought a Boxster. They said it was inspected and had no previous paint work.. Half the car has been repainted and a fender replaced. They refused to take the car back.. Never by from them with out inspecting it yourself!

Shady dealer

I had been talking with them about a specific car for a week and I arranged to visit and see the car which was 4 hours away. The new I was on my way to see the car but when I walked in the door I was told it sold 30 minutes earlier! Thats not the worst, now two days later the car is showing still for sale on their page! What sort of deceptive practice is this?

Great people to work with.

Recently bought a 2020 Macan Turbo from HBi Auto. I was pretty picky as to what I wanted, so no surprise that they didn't have it in their inventory. But they looked, and within a day found it in Arizona of all places. They had it transported to their dealership, repaired the one scratch that as on the tailgate, and had it delivered to my home in Virginia. Wonderful experience for such an expensive (by my standards) car. When it comes time for service, they will pick it up, do the service and deliver it back. You can't beat that!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I cannot say enough amazing things about Lucius Taylor and the entire staff at HBI Auto! I purchased a car from Lucius sight unseen just by talking with Lucius over the phone. The entire process from negotiations to closing the transaction was so nice and honest. These guys are straight up amazing people that have one thing on their mind and that is to make the customer happy! Lucius went above and beyond his duties with me. Phone calls, emails and texts were constant and extremely professional and always keeping me updated. I wanted to do some modifications to the car and HBI said "no problem we will take care of all of them for you" and they did! I purchased the car over 3 months ago and HBI had no issues keeping the car and making sure I was happy with the after market work done. I trusted HBI with my purchase and they proved over and over again they are an amazing dealer to work with. I WAS MORE THEN HAPPY AND I WILL BE BUYING MANY MORE CARS FROM Lucius and HBI Auto in the future. Customer for life! Thanks HBI Auto

Best experience ever

What an amazing adventure! these guys are the best I ever met. Really professional and prepare. Always available for pieces of advice. My 991.2 Carrera S Miami Blue is simply amazing. The price was right and Jose went the extra mile to work with me. The owner is just a great guy! Will see you again for sure.

Great experience

Just purchased a Ferrari 458 from Jose, had a great experience! The car was just as described! He had shared with me all of the information on the car as well, as the documentation of the service being performed, and inspection. It was a out of state purchase which is always worry-some, but after seeing the car on FaceTime I felt comfort. I look forward to working with Jose again.
