They sold me broken car they trying to play innocent game now. I asked them to fix it and now they want me to take review delete first. I live in California I bought car unseen from them they told me right before I paid down Payment car need some work and it won’t be shipped. I waited the car almost month. Now they threaten me with legal team and want me to take review delete first. I told them no. I will delete the review after the fixed my car. They r just liars. They don’t take responsibility of there actions. Now they telling me owner is mad about it. I paid 60k plus for the car not broken car.

I just talked to a rep on the phone so I can't review the entire dealership. After a couple of misses they got mr in touch w/ a knowledgeable person who was not pushy.

Super easy buying experience, car was exactly as described and even better when it arrived. Dan and Derek were super responsive to all my questions and car arrived with no issues. Would buy from HBi again.

Honesty, integrity and common decency are bankrupt at this dealership. After agreeing on price and trade, unforeseen circumstances rapidly deteriorated this agreement that compelled me to revaluate this contract and review all legal documents. They forged my signature which were notarized not in my presence but by them, in house over 800 miles separating us. . I spoke with Finance manager and we agreed to void contract. Unbeknownst to me, they never refunded the money to the bank. Three Months later I have now been in contact with bank explaining that I never completed sale and that I never secured car that was financed.. They are now aware that HBI auto still has the Porsche I was going to purchase sitting in their dilapidated worn out broken down dealership. The Lack of compliance manger then went ahead and filed a false instrument with the state of NY DMV and secured a title to my Corvette with a forged signature in my name. It was not until the North Carolina Highway Patrol notified me of this deception, that this occurred. Prior to this, the lack of compliant manager Mary Valhos attempted to report my Corvette stolen in the State of NY sending the Police to my residence. Their investigation revealed that HBI auto was conducting business in a fraudulent manner. Their attempted threats to intimate me failed when I pushed back and this incident has now turned into a criminal investigation as the owners are now the subjects of an investigation from NY to North Carolina. This company believes in it's own false narrative. After their attempt to report my car stolen, they then hired a recovery company to seize my car. On the affidavit they falsely identified themselves as a bank and stated that I owed them $43,000......STAY AWAY, BE CAUTIOUS! You would have a better chance of flying the space shuttle than have a smooth experience with this unscrupulous company.

TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM AWARENESS - 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 this dealer is very good at one thing and it’s not selling cars it’s scamming people and stealing money do not give them any money or leave them a deposit I highly recommend u save ur time and search elsewhere this dealer will not contact u back fast until they take ur deposit then they won’t really put u as priority and especially if ur not local then they will put u on hold for there 48 hour deposit agreement and then sell the car and keep ur money before u have the chance to even finish the deal also please do a ppi inspection as mostly all there cars are all wrecked vehicles bought from track wrecks hence why the car fax on them will mainly be hidden from any damages I HAVE DONE BUSINESS HERE BUT SINCE THEY DIDN'T WANNA RESOLVE ANYTHING I PREFER TO KEEP MY NAME ANONYMOUS AS THEY THREATENED ME

Great inventory, Dan was very accomodating. Very easy, low pressure and beautiful cars. I purchased a Cayenne Turbo and it has been amazing. I also have been servicing with them and really enjoy the complimentary transport with the service.

Niko is knowledgeable about Porsche without coming across condescending. While his job is to sell cars he is passionate about Porsche and the other brands they carry. HBi Auto is a create dealership for Porsche and other high-performance vehicles. I found them originally online through CarGurus and worked out the logistics of the purchase before test-driving the vehicle, which I discovered was not the perfect car for me. My sales representative, Niko, spent a few hours with me test-driving other vehicles to find exactly what I was looking for, and at no time did I ever feel pressured to buy a car. They did not have my perfect vehicle in stock, but now that they know what I want, they are actively searching for one. I look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used Porsche. Niko, thank you again for the excellent service.

Great staff, superb vehicle inventory, hands down best place to buy a used exotic. Purchased a 2003 911 from them a few days ago. Their reconditioning process gave me absolute confidence I was making the right choice. During the purchase I opted for the paint correction/ppf/ceramic whole 9 yards. I was nervous this 22 year old car would show it's age cosmetically, upon arrival it looked almost like a brand new car. Not the least expensive place to buy a car, but definitely one of the best! 10 stars would be my rating if it were possible!
