RUN! I sold cars there very briefly! 2/15/25-4/8/25. I trained for three weeks was paid $1000 a week salary I went on the floor in the middle of March and sold 10 cars. I get my first commission check and it was $2376 and I’m like xxxx that sucks. The next day I’m giving a spreadsheet with three columns breaking down the pay for the month. The first column had the 10 car sales. The second column was the bonuses. The third column had the backend pay, which is anything that’s added after the car sale so basically warranties in the finance office in the first column, all 10 cars were listed out with the amount I made on each 10 lines down it said training and in parentheses it said $2000 and then at the bottom was the total $2376 the amount that was deposited in my checking account if you know anything about spreadsheet, anything deducted or mine is in parentheses so I’m looking at this paper like they charge me for training and I showed the finance manager. He just looks at it and doesn’t really know what to say and he’s like take it to Josh. Maybe he can explain so I’ll take it to the general manager Josh Hartman and he goes into four full car sales men mow goes to the third column the back and pay that they pass out on Saturdays and is very condescending you got this correct you got this correct then he goes to the middle column and is like this is the bonus you made you were paid that correct and I’m like yeah all that’s right. It has nothing to do with this first column the 10 car sales totals $2000 more than I was paid and it clearly says training -$2000 and then he starts calling out the commissions on the sales and type in a man on his computer to total them up and it’s just being a dick when he had no other option, all he said was I’ll check on it. A little while later, I’m in one of the finance manager’s office and the GM comes back there. and says we’re gonna go call the office manager maybe SHE can explain it in a way that you’ll understand. (I’m a female by the way.) we go into the general sales manager. Bruce’s office. to call she proceeds to tell me that it was correct because they do not pay training pay and commission pay in the same month. I am telling her that I didn’t agree to that. I was told that I would be paid for training when I was in training and then on the 11th when I went on the floor there was no more guaranteed pay. I had to sell cars or I didn’t get paid. I sold 10 cars I made $4300 and I’m gonna be paid all of that. The G at her were pretty much trying to convince me that I am just new to this and that’s just how things are and I wasn’t going for it. The GSM sat there knowing that it was all wrong and didn’t say a word came up to me after I walk out of the office and is like why didn’t you just come to me? Why didn’t you just say it right then we all knew that it was wrong everyone in there did How I’ve been a weak minded person or scared to stand up for myself. They would’ve kept that $2000 it took two days but they finally cut a check and then fired me the following day for an unauthorized use of a company vehicle. I mean I did take a car to go apply for another job but whatever xxxx them don’t buy from them if they’ll steal from their employees what do you think they’re doing to you And do not pay them for their vehicle appearance package ceramic coating has never been applied to any of those vehicles, they probably don’t even actually have the ceramic in the detail shop. If you want a honest, transparent car deal come see me AJ at Elder Dodge in Athens. We have no dealer add-ons the price you see is the price you pay Peltier Kia CANNOT say that.

Do NOT buy an electric car from Peltier KIA.
Do NOT buy an electric car from Peltier KIA. My EV6 came to a stop after 46,000 miles. It took over a month for a qualified mechanic to come down to Tyler to diagnose the problem. I then had to buy one of their $300 batteries because the brand new battery I had just installed was dead! That was over a month ago. I am still waiting for the replacement part to come in from South Korea. I've been having to rent a vehicle because they don't have a loaner available. Very poor communication with service representative.

It was going to take some time for the job to get finished, so he helped me out with a loaner until it was done. Peltier’s service department is ALWAYS top notch. I would and will recommend them to anyone.
