on 7/20/20 i came in to look at a truck i saw the website. turns out they dont have half the trucks listed on the site. spent 3 hours negotiating a deal on another truck that was supposedly at another dealership. today is 7/27/20 and i cant get a hold of the salesperson i dealt with or his manager. i signed paperwork and everything for a truck i was assured would be in Reno within a day or two. this is the worst dealing ive ever had with any company or organization in my life. stay away. Id really like to see what this place has to say about my experience... i have paperwork and proof that everything ive said is true. this is the worst company ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. not only did i waste my time, but they ran my credit, which lowers my credit score, all for no reason other than to continue to screw me into the future.

The wife and I were looking for a truck to pull a fifth wheel. I knew I wanted a RAM as I have had one in the past. This time I was going to get the 4x4. We found the perfect used vehicle. It already had the mounts for the fifth wheel hitch. It was a top of the line 2013 model that had all the amenities, and had all the towing electronics built in. Two weeks after we bought it, the perform service light came on. It also had a small leak in one of the radiator hoses. I spoke with my sales guy and he told me to bring it in. They corrected the problem at no cost to me, even though the truck was bought as-is. I am extremely satisfied with their customer service.

I bought my Durango three years ago, was told I was getting an extended warranty. This warranty was never entered and with my check engine light on for the third time I called service. I was treated as if I was an idiot! I grew up with mechanics I know about cars and I told them last June there was something wrong with my car. They said they fixed it, which they didn’t and now my 3 year old suv (with only 31k miles) needs hundreds of dollars in repairs and now I’m out of warranty. Had they fixed it properly I would have been under warranty. This is the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve had several different cars I’ve the years. I now go to ALL ABOUT CARS where I’m treated with respect with fair costs. I strongly urge you to do the same. I will NEVER return to Reno Dodge. If I didn’t love my car I’d give It back just to never see them again! I hope this review is helpful

After making a service appt. 2 or 3 weeks in advance, and having the appt. confirmed at 2:21 the day before the appt.,I got a call cancelling at 3:30 because they were "too busy" I was offered the option of leaving the vehicle for a 'few days" whatever that means. I will not be taking up any more of thier time.

Went to Reno dodge met with Larry Farrell we did have a appointment Larry was there on time showed us a new Dodge Journey crossroad we were really pleased with the options and Larry got us a great value on it so we did the deal thank you again Reno Dodge.
