I wish there was a no star option!
I wish there was a no star option! This dealership gave us the run around for 2 weeks on a Tahoe they had advertised. I called on numerous occasions, the general manager assured us that he would notify us as soon as the first customer already on the list decided if they wanted the vehicle or not and when it gets sold so we could look elsewhere. He also stated he would call other dealerships to try to help us out and that he was a Christian and his word is true and he does what he says he will do. None of that happened, despite voice-mails left to him he never called us back. The salesman did not reply to emails when we asked status either. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service and communication, very unprofessional and dishonest! I am a Christian as well and am so thankful God showed us a wonderful dealership to buy our brand new Z71 Tahoe!
If I could do a zero star I would.
If I could do a zero star I would. This place has horrible service and lie about everything. We reached out to see if they had a certain vehicle and they said there was one on the way it would be a few weeks for it to get here. With that been said we told them we wanted it and wanted to do paperwork to seal the car. The salesman said for us to wait that the car was basically ours. We kept in contact for almost a month waiting for that vehicle we would ask him if it was here he would only respond every so often. He finally reaches out and said it’s here. We were excited and said let’s work the deal. Then all of sudden they kept giving us the run around saying banks were declining our deal and the ones that approved us the interest rate was high and of course the payment was high. We knew our numbers and said there no possible way the bank is declining our stuff. The next day from when the vehicle arrived. We told them we would go thru our bank. Turns out they had sold it that same day. We found out deals were never submitted to the banks we had told them to summit it to the bank that’s supposedly gave us a high interest rate turned out to be way lower rate than what they had told us. Moral of the story don’t lie! if you sold this vehicle while working with us. We waited a month when we could’ve got it some where else. Don’t waste people time. We ended purchasing with people that did want to do business with us. They got us the rate we were looking for, what it should had been from the start. They did everything the same day we told them we wanted that vehicle and willing to deliver it from Houston.
Purchased a truck from theses guys in 2020. I was told my existing bed cover would swap right over to the new truck, and a 5th wheel hitch would be no problem. Once the paper work was completed I was informed the bed cover will not work on the new truck and I need spend another $1,000 dollars on a replacement. I was also informed after sale was complete that the 5th hitch or a gooses neck options are not available on carbon beds. I’m Still waiting for a pricy custom hitch to be fabricated. These guys are so focus on just getting the sale done, they could careless about a return customer or making the moment right. Don’t trust these guys to give you honest information and do tons of research before buying newer models.
I had a great experience buying a 2013 Ram from Barrett in sales and Isaac in finance. I came from Amarillo for a better deal. Truck Town's prices are very competitive and they let me use a loaner vehicle so they could inspect my new truck to make sure it was ready to hit the road. No hassle no hard sell. I tell everyone to go to Truck Town Lamessa.
NO HASSLE NO HAGGLE NO NEGOTIATING A JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP
Horrible staff, a bunch of little kids in their mid to late 20's acting like teens, even the 30+ acting like teens, everything is a joke to these kids, extremely unprofessional, its payton place. So if thats the environment you want to conduct your next car deal in, then heck its a party over there, but if you actually want to be serious and have knowledgeable and professional sales people and managers, then I would highly recommend a short drive into either Lubbock or Midland I would stay as far away as possible, if buying a vehicle being educated, and having a professional experience is important. And the NO HASSLE NO HAGGLE thats a joke there is now more mark up in their vehicles then there was before, and you can bet your last dollars that your trade in, you will get a minimum of 2 to 3 thousand more for it if you go to a different chevy, gmc, buick, cadi store, the software they use to evaluate your trade is 100% designed to "steal your trade" and buy it from you as cheep or cheeper then they can get it at auction for, do not be fooled when they bring you out the booksheets showing you that you are getting a fair deal on your trade or theirs, those sheets are printed out of their software designed as tools for the salesperson to deceive you and get you to agree.... How do I know all of this ..I have 20 years in the car business as a senior manager and thats just what they do, every single dealership that goes to a 1 pricing model no hassle no haggle they have to make money or the can not pay the bills or employees. Just stop and think about it for a second "best price on vehicle and best price for trade means no profit for dealer" you ARE NOT getting best price or anywhere near it!!!!
Trey Osborne was a great salesman.
I can not say anything bad about this dealership. I called them from Chicago. Trey Osborne (salesman) sent me a pic of every blemish he could find on the truck. We settled on a price and they held it for me. Even though they had me where they wanted me since I had just spent money on a 1 way ticket, rental car, and hotels I did find something I wanted. There was a vibration in the front and asked for them to check the balance on the front tires. Their response "My manager said you safety is important to us and having them checked is no problem".
Fair and helpful!
Brian at Lamesa gave us a great trade-in price for our vehicle, as well as a great deal on our new vehicle! Brian also agreed to repair the chipped paint on the new vehicle. This is the 2nd car we have bought from him, and will definitely buy another!
Great to work with and get you what you want!! The dealership had more than enough inventory that made it easy for me to decide on the new truck that I purchased.
Bought a brand new GMC Seirra Truck
I purchased the truck at a good price. They delivered the truck to my home and everybody else wanted me to go to them. They treated me with respect and polite. Also answered all my questions about the truck. I bought a demo, which the truck is like brand new with new car smell scent. Thanks, Tony. Everybody likes the color of the truck.
