Careless or just bad customer service

I hope all is well. I bought a new 22 Grand Cherokee L from Fernley last month. Buying process was super easy and I appreciated the driveway delivery. After delivery I noticed the rear bumper had cracked paint. After a week or so of waiting for a call from service to schedule like my sales guy said I called for an update. He said he forgot and assumed I was going to drop the Jeep by even though he said Juli would call me. Anyways, got the vehicle picked up and a loaner dropped off. You guys had to bring it to the body shop to fix. No problem at all but zero communication and I had to keep asking for the updates. Then the body shop broke a taillight which happens, so it delayed it a bit. Long story a little shorter loaner I could not drive because it was a higher mileage Audi that was leaking oil onto the exhaust manifold causing odor and smoke. Today the vehicle came back to me with heat shields removed in the back seat still, the Jeep is filthy, missing gaskets around a backup sensor and more damage from removing the bumper. I also ordered roof rack bars that the salesman said he would have put in the vehicle since it was there. I never received a call from the parts department like he said to pay and that caused the parts to not to be out in the jeep. It has been a nightmare since this all started. Like I said the sale part was easy and enjoyable. After sale has been a nightmare, mainly because things that were promised were not fulfilled and communication has been poor. We had to deal with 1 vehicle while this was being sorted and now it is still not handled correctly. Hope this helps having some first hand experience passed along. Having paintwork and more scratches and chips that need to be fixed on a new 65k Jeep is extremely frustrating.

Meh at best

Medicore at best. I won't say it's the worst experience but definitely not the best. Like the person from high school that no one remembers. Chris was our sales associate, and he is the typical "Used Car Salesman". Did not value my time. Our finance guy was awesome, and we very much appreciate him. I asked for a copy of the PDI and they said they couldn't give me one. I have never experienced this before. They said that the oil was changed but the sensor on my car says oil is at 80%. Weird if they just changed it.

Dolan Toyota Reno

I actually visited the Dolan Toyota in Reno and was very impressed with their proessionalism, and the fact that they listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car! Thanks Phillip for being a great salesman with patience and knowledge, and easy to work with! I am so happy with my purchase!

Quick Repair on my Vehicle

Recently purchased a new Dodge Promaster 2500 Van from Dolan. Took over three months to get it but my sales person, Pierce Phillip was in contact through the whole process and even gave me some rides around town as the Service Dept. was doing a repair. I recommend them.

A seamless, wonderful experience.

We have been buying cars for nearly 50 years. It has always been a dreaded experience. We were pleasantly surprised by our treatment at Dolan Auto Group in Reno! It started with Nate Pecson who was up front from the beginning about pricing. He helped us locate the perfect Highlander for our needs. Alexia Guzman was delightful as she showed us the ins and outs of how the vehicle operates. We did find a few minor dings on the paint (very minor) and Jairo Vega was so helpful and pleasant as he set us up to have them adjusted to our satisfaction. We could not be more pleased with our auto purchasing experience at Dolan Auto Group.

The car buying experience was easy with no hassle . The sales people were nice as was the finance officer. I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding professional team! General Manager Tom W. provided exceptional direction to his team and offered excellent recommendations during the sales process. Nadia L. in Finance was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! Product Specialist Art R. offered fantastic customer service, free from any pressure! I would return to Fernely Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for future vehicle needs, and would confidently recommend them to friends and family!

we've been to many dealers in our time.

You guys are great. No pressure to buy anything but several options to look at. Jason Tate really took care of us and helped answer our questions. We really feel he tried to give us the best deal possible and he patiently dedicated his time to us. Unfortunately, during our last visit, we were unable to get the right price and vehicle. We'd like to continue to work with Jason. The main building is nice. The doughnuts were good and appreciated. The back lot was too crowded to get a good view of the inventory but Jason brought out the vehicles to look at. I would recommend that more phone or on-line communicating when shopping for a vehicle. That way less time would be spend away from home. Kind of narrowing the field. BTW, the follow up text and calls were appreciated as well. Anyway, good job guys!

Very relaxing and smooth process

Our salesman was amazing he wasn't pushy and he walked us threw everything. He couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. They got us the price and payment we needed. Couldn't have had a better experience.We purchased a truck at the reno dodge and had some problems.. Way BETTER then Reno Dodge!! Ask for Robert Mezzie he will take care of you.

Fast easy and satisfied

I was completely bummed by a very recent experience at another dealership in the area and had lost all hope in buying a new car for my family. I had been contacted by Robert Heslop at Fernley CDJR a few times by email and text and I finally decided to give it a shot and see what he could offer me. We corresponded a few times via email that day and we went in at 6:15 pm and left a little after 7 with a Jeep Cherokee that I am completely satisfied with and surprised by how low they were able to get the payments. It was completely stress free!
