I want to express how greatly disappointed my husband and

I want to express how greatly disappointed my husband and I are. Firstly, we scheduled to get our car serviced for some safety issue, and we are no car expert so we didn't know what was causing the sound, and that we wanted to leave that to the servicing department the reason we brought it there in the first place. So we brought it on our scheduled day (Mind you, we had to take the day off from work to make time for this) but we were told then when we got there that diagnosing the car would take about 24-48h and that no loaner car was available for us but they'd book an uber for us so we agreed to come back another day to drop off our car at the loaner car's availability and that was not a problem with us. We worked around our work schedule with it without any complains because that was fine and Angelica was nice enough to explain the situation to us. Secondly, 48H later, we got a call from the service director named "Mitch" calling from the service department stating that they were unable to diagnose the car and told my husband to come and drive the car himself and point the sound out to them himself, my husband tried to explain to the service staff what the issue was but was only told to let him know what time will he be available to come. I called him back a few minutes later to let him know our availability, but was only told multiple times about their protocol in an inhospitable and unsympathetic way. He kept insisting their protocol like I did not understand it the first time he told me. It even sounded to me that if we were unable to bring the loaner car back within 24hours that they'd have to have someone pick up the loaner and that they are able to track the car. He had even told me multiple times what their business hours are like did not understand him. We felt rushed with Very very disappointed and disheartened with today's customer service. I do want to say Thank You to Angelica Rodriguez who has been very nice and kind with us with the whole process. We have loved and have been very pleased with everyone in Grubbs Volvo since the day we got the car, except for that one person today. Very disappointed and we do not look forward to doing business with this location in the future anymore, most especially because of the customer service we have experienced today with that ONE person. We still wanna say Thank You to the other service staff who have helped us, they have been nice to us.

Be aware when you sign paperwork for used car with

Be aware when you sign paperwork for used car with Grubbs. Salesman who sold car to us seemed very nice and honest and told us to sign the paper and he will fill out contingency as we asked and told him to, on used S90. We were told paperwork we were filling are just formality for manager who will later fill real paperwork. We were than made to wait 3 hours and by the time we were in financial person’s office it was very dark and late that dealership was closing. We were given the car without filling out contingency as discussed. Next morning we noticed quite a few things unaddressed and car given to us in same condition as it was. Since contingency was not filled defects is now our responsibility. We had bought the insurance that costed us thousands and so dropped our car to them to fix issues under Warrenty. We were given a loaner with contingency on miles we can drive. It has been three weeks and we still don’t have our car and no response from dealership on our messages for work related trip that is more than contingent mileage. Overall I felt this dealership is not ethical or honest. I would not buy another car from them. I have purchased car few years back from another dealer and dealings were very clear , honest and no surprises ( Sewell). Stay away from Grubbs!!!

The purchase of my XC60 was my first Volvo experience.

The purchase of my XC60 was my first Volvo experience. I had been a lifelong Chevy buyer until my last one met its demise. I chose to look at some new brands for me and met up with Ryan Russell. I had plans to go see other brands and other salesmen but one meeting with Ryan and I instantly knew this was the place for me. He was a great welcome into the Volvo family. I will absolutely be buying from him again, and I already have plans for my NEXT Volvo! I am in love with my purchase and the buying process was so smooth it was a welcome experience and needed.

I want to say a special thank you to all the professionals at Grubbs Volvo in Grapevine and especially to James Mubiru, our sales liaison. Both my wife and I believe he did a fantastic job. We both know that car sales is a tough business for everyone involved, but James aces the course. His patience and professional demeanor is what sets him apart. As an aside past experience with Grubbs excellent Service department is what brought me back to Grubbs. A decision made well. Our thanks to all.

Our experience was extremely bad with Grubbs volvo.

Our experience was extremely bad with Grubbs volvo. There was a big difference in what sales guy told before the purchase and what Finance director told while signing the paper work. Finance representative was extremely unprofessional and he was building pressure on us to buy extra packages when we already made it clear to him that we arent interested. Also, on the day of delivery, the car given to us wasn't clean, not washed, the tint wasn't done coreectly, the seats inside had marks on them, the water tank for wiper is empty and dried out. It don't feel like we purchased a brand new car. James was good in communication and he did great job until we decided that we are purchasing the car, but everything after that went downhill. There were so many things that were miscommunicated to us and I regretted making a decision to go with Grubbs. Probably this was my last purchase at Grubbs and never returning or recommending my friends and family to purchase at Grubbs.
