We purchased our new 24 Jeep Wrangler Sport S, 4 doors from Daniel McClain. We would like to compliment Daniel’s attitude, professionalism and the product knowledge. The whole sale process was fast and transparent. All prices, fees and rebates were explained. If you want your car sale process to be smooth and worry free and where the salesman does not have to go to management every 5 minutes to get every discount. Go to Fitzgerald. Every vehicle on their lot has a discounted price posted in the window.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Fitzgerald Clearwater Chrysler Dodge Jeep, located at 28253 US Highway 19 N, Clearwater, FL 33761. On August 28, 2023, I visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a car for my teenage driver. I pulled us in my new Nissan Armada and workout clothes. I had previously purchased a Jeep from your dealership and wanted to keep my loyalty to you as I was shown great service in the past. I was greeted by a salesperson named Dave, who I informed that I was looking to spend $45,000.00 on a car. I was eager to make a deal, as I had the day off from work. I told Dave that I was prepared to pay the dealership $45,000. However, Dave informed me that he was unable to assist me and that there were no cars on the lot that met my price point. I said, I see a few. Still no offer for the keys to open a car. I inquired about financing to compare rates between a new car and a used car, but Dave did not offer to get the keys to any of the cars or even open the doors, stating that they were locked. He again informed me that there were no cars on the lot that met my price point. I am disappointed that a returning customer was allowed to leave your dealership with a check in hand and not even be offered to open the door of a car. I am also disappointed that Dave was unable to provide me with any information about financing options. I expected more from Fitzgerald Clearwater Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I felt like I was in the movie "Pretty Woman" where I was not given the time of day.

Not happy
I wanted to negotiate a deal with a vehicle and salesman wouldn't. Great looking car. I would travel to buy it. The asking price is 99% of market value. So to work with me just a little isn't asking a lot. Even if I traded in a car

Had a 9am appointment for service.
Had a 9am appointment for service. Checked in at 8:30. ETA 2.5 hours to do the work,. Called at 1:30 to get an update.,they said they would call back in 15 minutes. I called again at 2:30 . That’s when they told me the car wasn’t even in the shop yet but they were hoping it would go in soon. This is not a company that even understands the meaning of customer service.

Had a great experience buying a vehicle here but they
Had a great experience buying a vehicle here but they have a terrible service department. Brought my truck in to get the brake pads and rotors replaced, but 3 appointments later the brakes were still screeching. Had to take it to another dealership to look at it and ended up having to replace all brake pads and rotors because they did not install the correct ones and also did not install them correctly. Cost me $950 plus the time I wasted bringing it back 3 different times to fix the issue. I also purchased a prepaid service plan when I bought the vehicle from them but won’t be going back there again so I have to eat that cost too. Very poor

Needed to replace my wife's worn out Trailblazer. After looking for several months, found a 2019 Grand Cherokee on their website which was exactly what we were looking for, cool gray color with blacked out trim and wheels. Our sales person, Colm Roarty, was excellent to deal with and went over all the features of the vehicle with us. Manager Sue Monty was very helpful in getting a good deal for our trade-in and making sure the entire transaction was handled smoothly and professionally.

Needed to replace my wife's worn out Trailblazer. After looking for several months, found a 2019 Grand Cherokee on their website which was exactly what we were looking for, cool gray color with blacked out trim and wheels. I took my car into replace a ABS break sensor. The part...
I took my car into replace a ABS break sensor. The part was $140 at the dealer. A quick look online shows the same part, number 5105572AB. A quick look online and I find that I could have gotten the same part for $65. There was also a miscelanious charge of $31. No idea what that was for. And then $175 dollars labor. It a low hangin plug and play part. The total cost was $372. It shouldn't have been have that. It's the first time that I've been there since my warranty expired. I will never go back.
