I had an exceptional experience buying my car from Duane, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. From the beginning he was transparent, honest, not pushy at all (which is always a good sign) and gave me the most fair price I found after months and months of searching for my exact car (Porsche Macan). There was a rare issue with one of my headlights, Duane made sure I had very nice (and fun) cars to drive while he had it taken care of - he even went as far to detail the car again and provided a ceramic coating which just shows the level of service you can expect from this dealership. I can't speak highly enough of Duane & his whole team - you can feel confident purchasing a luxury car here and know you are buying from the best!

Bought Model S Plaid from Duane. Exceptional level of communication. I picked my Brand new Model Y few months back at TESLA and this Car literally looks way better than my new Y. Duane offered Complimentary ceramic coating as well that no one in industry offers with such narrow profit margin (Just because they do in house detailing and coatings). Amazing experience - never thought online car purchases would be so smooth. Duane offered great communication including photos, videos and texts allowing us to keep on top of the purchase process as it evolved. We started by looking to buy a Mercedes S63 - but, based upon the great experience, we also purchased a 2021 BMW X7 as well. Both vehicles were delivered to us in South Georgia after receiving a comprehensive ceramic polish as part of the purchase. The cars were exactly as Duane stated - in pristine condition - virtually as new. This was a great experience, and we'd happily go back to Duane for future vehicle needs.

Great experience! Bought a beautiful low miles, high spec BMW 760xi from Duane and the Skeddadle team for a very fair price. At the same time, I traded in my S550 for what I thought was also a competitive and fair value. The car I bought is known to be tough on brakes. Duane knew I was concerned about that and out of the blue, after I had already decided to do the deal, he texted me that he had a surprise for me... they did the brakes - without me even asking for new brakes. That’s the kind of experience that wins a customer for life. Duane is already searching for an upgrade for my daughters car.

I was looking for a very specific car, in a specific color with very specific options. I had been looking for over 6 months. I was thrilled when I finally found it at Skedaddle, however this was the first time I had bought a car out of state and sight unseen and I was very reluctant. I am very particular about my cars and my idea of an excellent condition car is very different that most dealers idea of an excellent condition car. Duane walked me through the whole sales process, sent a number of pictures and even did a zoom meeting where we could see the car. He was very patient with us and was very easy to get a hold of. Duane did all the paperwork to get it registered in NY, we didn't have to do anything. The entire process was very smooth and we received the car very quickly. The car was delivered right to our house and it was absolutely beautiful when it arrived. It had been meticulously maintained just as Duane described. I will definitely be buying my next car from Skedaddle.

Went to their CT building to pick up a new car and the entire process was very quick and easy. Duane was great to deal. Would definitely recommend checking them out for cars before going to a dealer.
