Justen was great and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted. I went to many dealerships and Justen was the reason I ended up buying from Bayside despite being more than an hour from my home. I purchased a Ram 1500 from the dealership in Dec 2020 and was very pleased with the vehicle. The only issue I have is the Bayside for life is really Bayside for 1 year unless you pay more. Some dealerships actually offer oil change, inspection and tire rotations for life. In those instances they didn't require more money or an additional fee. Overall, those working at the dealership are friendly.
