If possible I would give Jenkins (formerly Bill Buck)...

If possible I would give Jenkins (formerly Bill Buck) Chevrolet 10 stars. We have always had exceptional Sales, Finance and maintenance with everyone here. Our most recent experience was with Bernie Erickson who is an outstanding sales person. Bernie went above and beyond to understand our needs and make solid intelligent recommendations for our next lease vehicle. Jake Neely is always excellent in assisting our customer needs and requirements. Between these 2 gentlemen we cannot say enough as to how they exceeded our expectations. This is our 6th or 7th car leased with this dealership and never had any issues. We appreciate the service department and this dealership so much that we drive out of our way to make Jenkins our only automobile center. Nick in finance thoroughly explained our lease financing and all additional options. Jenkins Chevrolet "Rocks"

Chris Langlois is the best salesman!

We would give 6 stars if we could! We found the exact vehicle we were looking for at Jenkins Chevrolet. We were pleasantly surprised by how helpful and friendly our salesman, Chris Langlois, was. He did everything to earn our business, and we got a great deal on a vehicle we could not find anywhere else. It was a pleasure from the second we met Chris 'til we closed the deal. The financial part was handled by Jim Correll, who went over all details with us and gave us a great deal on financing. Overall, we strongly recommend Jenkins Chevrolet, and we want to thank the whole team who made our deal a reality. Thank you, Chris, and all the staff at Jenkins Chevrolet. We couldn't be happier. We're looking forward to getting our next vehicle from you guys!!!

Won't stand behind the crap they sell!!

Sold me a truck that needed over 4k dealers cost to fix and won't give any type of warranty to stand behind the mechanics that changes the camshaft on my truck.. bad customer service

A lot of bad reviews

It’s a shame to see so many bad reviews, Bill Buck used to be a pretty good place to go. I made a appointment to get a simple oil change and the offsite service that made the appointment apparently forgot to tell the dealership. I called twice today phone rang and rang at the service department then went dead. Perhaps you should spend a little time working making sure they technology involving your phone system and your customer relationships functions. I would really like to give you another chance but I’ll wait and see what kind of response this review gets from someone at your company.

Apparently the pandemic is over. A few plexi glass in...

Apparently the pandemic is over. A few plexi glass in front of the workers but when I went into the waiting room there were 7 people unmasked, no social distance and many out in the lobby in the way of being able to check in for car maintenance safely. No signs to mask or social distance & 90% of the staff I saw were unmasked. Not everyone is old enough to get their vaccine so we rely on businesses to make it safe to come to their business. I waited 1.5 hours outside in 83 degree weather for an oil change & recall. Not going back.

Worst dealership to work with! Didn’t follow through with...

Worst dealership to work with! Didn’t follow through with their word, then was harassed and threatened by the manager. Thankfully all is recorded and in voicemails. He kept referring to me as “little girl” and was very sexist! A deputy escorted me back there so I could return the vehicle! Buyer beware!

Worst experience ever buying a vehicle!

Horrible experience! We went to Jenkins to buy a new Silverado. We made a deal that if they throw in a spray in bed liner we would buy a new 2020 Silverado. Jenkins did the spray in bed liner and over sprayed all over the truck. When I say al over there was overspray on the roof, hood, mirrors, windshield, Crome bumper and so on. We have been trying to patiently work with them and all together they had my truck for over two weeks trying to fix their mistake. They have called me at least 6 times to tell me it was done. The most recent on Monday February 21st. There was still over spray on the windshield, and rear passenger side. When the sunlight hits the windshield it looks like the windshield was sand blasted. They did offer me a trade for my truck but wanted me to eat over $10,000 just to trade to a different vehicle because they said the truck is now used. I get nothing from them except a sorry and it still is not right. No compensation from them for the time they have been trying to fix their mistakes. Not a good experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.
