This place was great. Ron, Kelly, Mike, and our delivery/pick up driver (sorry forgot name) were all incredible to work with. Made buying our new Tahoe a breeze. Also trading in our Jeep was a huge reason we chose Motor Trends. We are glad that we did.

What an outstanding dealer with outstanding service! I purchased my first high performance sports car over the internet at Motor Trends of Houston, and from the very first contact with Jack McLaren through to the delivery he personally oversaw I was met with a "how can I help make this a good experience for you?" attitude. It took nearly two months to complete the transaction - through no fault of MToH - and I was well cared for throughout. Excellent support, excellent service. I'll buy again from MToH in a heartbeat!

This was an easy and fast process. I have purchased many cars over the past years, sometimes up to 4 or 5 different in a single year. Purchased and received the vehicle with next day shipping. This experience was by far the easiest and fastest process of all. I even received my plates in less than 2 weeks. I will be back for sure.

BUYERS BE AWARE!I don’t have enough words to describe...

BUYERS BE AWARE! I don’t have enough words to describe how unprofessional and shady this dealer is, specially if you are buying out of state! I put a deposit down on a car I would buy on Saturday (4th of July weekend) I let the salesman I worked with (Jack) know that I would not have the loan approved by my credit union until Tuesday morning because of the holiday. He assured that it would not be a problem and that the car was going to be held for me. On Monday, I checked with him multiple times during the day and again he assured the car was being held for me. I said I was going to have an answer regarding the loan on the next morning. As agreed, Tuesday morning the first thing I do is go to my credit union, signed all the paperwork for the loan and got the check. Before 9am on Tuesday I reached out to Jack saying that we were good to go and we could start signing the paperwork. He tells me he boss was going to call me. His boss Garrick calls me to say that they sold the car last night and that he was “sorry”. I had a deposit on the car since Saturday and they sold the car to someone else Monday evening. Garrick made it sound like it was a “common practice” to double-sell cars that already have a deposit on. Please do yourself a favor and go to a dealer where they honor their words.

Yan, We are terribly sorry about this situation. It is completely our fault. We had over 10 people interested in that car, but we held it for you in honor of your deposit. However, after not being able to get an approval through our banks, I released the vehicle. At this time, I was unaware that you had a possibility of outside financing. If I had known that you were seeking outside financing, I never would have sold it. Miscommunication like this is not common here, but once in a while we all make mistakes, and sadly this was one of those times. I am very sorry. I’d love the opportunity to help find you the perfect car that fits what you are looking for.
