Excellent communication by Bryce.

Excellent communication by Bryce. Clear and prompt with his answers. Once he knew the criteria for the type of vehicle we wanted, he proactively reached out to inform me of a vehicle that would be arriving that fit that criteria. Over almost 30 years this would be by far the best experience I've had working with a dealership. My son's first experience going through the car buying process, and he walked away with a very positive vibe. I would highly recommend Bryce and Stevenson Hendrick Mazda.

Stevenson Hendrick is the only dealership I have been too

Stevenson Hendrick is the only dealership I have been too that doesn’t give me a headache. Specifically the Stevenson Hendrick mazda in Wilmington nc. The salesman are great. They let you test drive as many cars as you want and don’t immediately hassle you to buy the car right after you drive it. I have bought 2 cars from the dealership and I am never let down by their amazing customer service. Also getting your car fixed at this dealership is extremely easy. Drop off the car, eat donuts in the waiting room and 10 mins later the car is fixed…boom! Or they give you a rental car and fix it over a few days. Never had a bad experience doing business with these folks. My salesman was Jack Whitmire over at the Mazda and he’s a great guy! I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re buying a car.

Greeted and treated with smiles and genuine friendliness.

Greeted and treated with smiles and genuine friendliness. Inquired about a single vehicle and was allowed to take my time inspecting and looking over said vehicle. Was able to drive vehicle and then made an offer that I felt was fair , respectful and reasonable. Lauren my salesperson was very informative, kind and ran my offer buy her sales manager. They accepted my offer and took care of all the out of state registration requirements, paperwork and kept the entire process swift and comfortable. I wish all my car buying experiences were this enjoyable and memorable. I am glad that I stopped and found my new favorite car. 100% happy.

The experience at the dealership was great from the start. Irie was professional, attentive, and provided or got answers to any questions. I hate stepping on a car lot due to past experiences. Irie made the entire process comfortable from the start. I greatly appreciate that he had the perfect car waiting for me to consider. I didn't even test drive the car I intended. Gonna love my first Mazda!!

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2023 Tesla Model 3 Performance from Stevenson Hendrick Mazda in Wilmington, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Irie Butler, my salesman, made the process easy with clear and consistent communication from start to finish. The car was exactly as described—excellent condition and fairly priced. Logan Dehass, the sales manager, was also a huge help in working with me on the pricing, and I really appreciated the transparency and flexibility throughout the deal. This was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve had, and I’d definitely recommend this team to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
