I still have the exact same issue I had after leaving

I still have the exact same issue I had after leaving them my car for 2 days the first time and 4 the second. The initial problem which still exists is the seat settings do not work. Mr. Read was fixated that it was a key fob issue. I said it shouldn't make a difference which key fob is in there the seats don't set. I drove 45 minutes each way to show him it wasn't a fob issue. Michael Oconor should be a shoe salesman where people only pay $100, instead of where people pay 50K or more. He has no respect. He tried to say we couldn't work together because of me! It's not my fault you can't fix my car. He said you think you know more than our tech does--did the tech fix the car? NO Than I do know more. I told him you had my car for over 6 days! Is it fixed--NO!! Cadillac needs to drop this dealership. They are incompetent and do not aspire to the Cadillac service quality. Ask me about the crack in my windshield which only expanded both times it was there!! Why did they extend my headrest all the way up--was he napping? All the controls they reset. Dropping my steering wheel all the way down. If they would have spent that time troubling shooting my car instead of childish retaliatory actions. Dan-get rid of each one and start over!!

I love my car but the service i received was terrible.

I love my car but the service i received was terrible. You would think that having a brand new car would not cost you 1022.00 Thats what i had to pay for a rental. The dealership wouldn't and didn't offer a rental nor did they have a loaner. They had my car for seventeen days and didnt even look at my car for three days after it was towed to the dealership. The problem was a broken breakline. I saw the brakeline hanging down and on there paper work they put that it was a leak. Had i wrecked they would be paying out alot more.

So Cava's worked on my vehicle last Last year I got work

So Cava's worked on my vehicle last Last year I got work done at Cavas, when they gave me the vehicle back and I drove it, didnt make it down the road before all my fuel drained out of my vehicle. When they changed my oil cooler they forgot to put new orings on my fuel injectors and the old ones failed. Took it back and they changed the orings and said my car was good to go. I noticed several things about my vehicle when I got it back and brought it to their attention and the service manager told me it wasnt their problem it was like before. I told her no it was not and the tech that worked on my car said yes it was and that my engine with eventually blow. This tech also threatened me and nothing was done about it. Fast forward to not even a full year later the oil cooler failed, now i cant blame them for a part failure, but what I will blame them for is what was found when a different shop worked on my oil cooler. They told me whoever worked on it last stripped two of the threads that hold the oil cooler housing in position, they also cracked my upper and lower air intake, broke my air box resonator, and starved my engine and caused more problems. I am now owing $6000 for this repair in parts only

New Vehicle I purchased from Dan Cava GMC

Great experience with buying my vehicle from this dealership. I started taking all my cars there after my buying experience and the dealings I had with the serviced department. Service department is very well experienced and does great work. I would definitely recommend for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
