What can I say about the Automall, great customers

What can I say about the Automall, great customers service, friendly, knowledgeable staff, my salesman EJ was the best very patient, kind, friendly, and willingly to go above his job, and Mr. Wheeler made a first-time car buyer feel at ease, after being mistreated by other dealerships I came to the Automall. All I can say is I am so happy to have my vehicle and they are SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!

You go to buy a car no problem they take you money and

You go to buy a car no problem they take you money and put you into a vehicle, however when you call back to get service no one never ever answer's the phone in the service dept. if I could return my vehicle I would do it. I called 10 times I was transferred to service dept, 10 times no one answered the phone. Who does business like this, they can watch their money walk right out of the door, I will never call to get service again, will never buy a car from there again, and will tell all of my friends and family not to buy a vehicle from Fayetteville Auto Mall, this place is totally garbage and unprofessional. I will go get my vehicle serviced where they answer the phone and display professionalism.

Go somewhere else to buy a car

Please do not buy a car from them. Second day engine light came on fourth day my engine blow and they don’t want to take responsibility. Please do not buy a car from them

Broken Window by dealership

Be careful they broke a window in my car taped it up and wouldn't take responsibility for it All my windows worked fine when vehicle was left there John and Noel in the service Department are not honest and they pretty much said me the customer is a liar.Be careful when you leave your vehicle

Misleading Dealership and advertising

They lie to you just to get you to the dealership. Don't trust thier sales events that say $1 down your job is your credit . I would not recommend them, we weren't the only ones in there with voucher that was denied.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

Terribke environment if you are a luxury car buyer

Don't bother. Find another dealer. They have no idea how to treat a high value customer. Service waiting area is like a Greyhound bus station! Vehicle delivery was also poor. Not a whole lot of vehicle knowledge with this bunch!
