Within 2 months of buying vehicle already needs repairs

Within 2 months of buying vehicle already needs repairs costing over $600. Second key guarantee they offer seems to be false because over 2 months still no second key.

There were a lot of things that started the experience

There were a lot of things that started the experience off great, but it became a slow and steady decline in how I felt overall. If I had to boil it down to one thing, it was the poor communication between sales and financing. Felt like we set a pretty straight forward story to sales about financing through our bank, but then sat in the financing department and were 4 sheets into signing paperwork to do a loan through them. Then their excuse was "oh I thought you were going to finance through us (Saturday), and then re-finance through your bank on Monday?" This was all through the lens of our understanding that we were coming in on Saturday (the day after finding our vehicle) and throwing down a cash down payment to hold the car to Monday when the bank would open and sign one piece of paper (like a contract to buy). Instead they reset the shot clock on us. Then when we did finally get set-up with our bank on Monday it was like pulling teeth to get the 'dealers invoice' produced so the bank could finish up their loan docs. Still to this day I don't know what was so important that we signed on Saturday if it wasn't what my bank needed to get their work done. We got lost in a Bermuda's triangle of communication. The salesman also admitted to not knowing the name of the individual in the financing department. I'd call the salesman to try and set something us, then to find out moments later the finance department was calling my wife. So we had to go back in and sign something else on Monday. So we wasted 2hrs of our Saturday for what I still don't know what. Grand scheme of things, don't let this deter you from giving them a shot. I suspect there are other transactions that didn't go this poorly. But if you know some of this going in as a buyer you might be able to help hedge off some of this. But grand scheme of things I'd say the experience started off very good from the coordination of the getting the car from one location to our local one, the initial interactions with sales on day 1, and the test drive. But the following days spiraled out of control and it ended wiht a poor enough taste in my mouth that I'd rather not do this ever again. Hope this helps the next person.

Tom Mora was very good to work with.

Tom Mora was very good to work with. Everything was straight forward and they gave me a fair trade value for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Sales staff was nice and not pushy.

Sales staff was nice and not pushy. The only reason I purchased from you was because your staff did not use hard sell tactics. Also I have had problems with my purchase and your parts manager was the BEsT person that I have EVER dealt with in any mechanic shop ever in my life and I am 52 years old. HE NEEDS a RAISE and you should do whatever you can to keep in on your staff He busted his xxx to get my issues fixed fast because I had to drive out to western Kansas the next day

This was the smoothest vehicle purchase we’ve ever had.

This was the smoothest vehicle purchase we’ve ever had. Excellent communication, no pressure sales. They had everything ready and waiting when we arrived. Five star service all the way around highly recommend this dealer.
