Dishonest shady crooks who have no respect for their customers, 7000$ to repair a damaged truck, and when the warranty company trys to contact the dealership apparently the guy who handles the warranty stuff at the dealership got fired, so instead of reimbursing my for the 2000$ rental truck bill i have now and making it right they start lying to me, dodging my calls or just flat out hanging up on me when i call

STAY AWAY FROM this dealer, they are a FRAUD! Terrible service experience! ! Especially OMID the GM and DAVID SOLORZANO from the finance department. I live about 6 hours away, in Southern CA. I bought a car from them signed a contract, paid them $10,000 for down payment. When my transportation department got they, they refused to released the car for some bogus reason . They wanted me to signed another contract with a different lender so they can make more money. Mind me, I had already signed one, they had the money in hand. The car didn’t belong to them anymore. I am now filing a lawsuit/complaint against them. Save your self some peace of mind and stay away from these thieves! LESS

Horrible service experience . Sales team filling in for service and rude manager . Added random service charges on the fly . On the top of it , they started changing 3% credit card processing fees.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER AT ALL. They are DISHONEST, and they commit FRAUD!!!! I am openning a massive case against them and bringing in all the people who wrote bad reviews against them. They sold me a car as a clean car. However, I found out it is a damaged car (Frame Damage, Fender Damage, and Driver Side door Damage). They need to be punished by me and many other unhappy customers by informing everyone that this dealership must lose its license, get reported to all the reviewing sites, Attorney General Office, BBB, and many other branches of government that can stop these people and owners/managers in order to bring the justice to people like me.

Guillermo was super helpful through the whole process of getting a car! it was a smooth and efficient experience. Guillermo also went above and beyond to stay in touch the next day too. would definitely recommend him if you want great customer service and the possibility of getting a car quickly!
