Stevens Creek INFINITI

I have been very pleased with the whole process of making an appointment, being helped by very knowledgeable technicians, being kept informed about needed service/repairs and cost, and being able to pick up my clean car (complimentary wash) when promised and with issues resolved.

I bought a used car from this dealership, and the overall experience was excellent and better than the previous dealerships and used cars I've purchased in the past. I originally worked with a manager named Guillermo and a sales associate named Zeynep. Both were friendly and helpful. Not once did I feel pressured into anything. They truly seemed more interested in working with my husband and I than simply making a sale. There were no sales gimmicks that I have encountered in the past at other places. Zeynep was knowledgeable in the car we were interested in. Guillermo checked in with us a few times throughout the process. Both were happy and able to answer any questions we had. During the process, we also worked with an associate named Sean. He handled all the paperwork and the purchase itself. During the process, we chatted with him and found that he has a long history in the business and has experience in various departments. He actually shared a lot of very interesting insights into car maintenance and manufacturing. So overall, it was a great experience! We worked with three people, Guillermo, Zeynep, and Sean and all three were wonderful to work with. Definitely felt like it was a trustworthy and helpful team.

I drove away in a car that I absolutely love, and I have Guillermo to thank for that. First, Esai was great at showing me the car during the test drive and keeping me updated as the sales process was occurring. Customer service was clearly a top priority for him. Guillermo was the superhero who made the deal happen and really got the price to a number I was comfortable with. I did not feel overly pressured at all and I really felt like Guillermo respected me and wanted to help me get into the car with a number of I could afford (and he did!). Not at all like the situations where you feel pressured into making a deal you shouldn't. Sean in financing made the process so smooth and great. Overall a 10/10.

I made a cross country purchase and Stevens Creek Infiniti was very helpful through the entire process. They negotiated in good faith, and the car has exceeded my expectations. I worked with Guillermo, and he did a very good job advocating my wishes to the Sales Manager. He was also very communicative even though there was a 3 hour time difference. He even responded to me on his day off. Guillermo was very attentive to ensuring that the process kept moving forward. I did not see the vehicle in person, but Guillermo took videos of the vehicle. Amazing staff at Stevens Creek Infinite Guillermo made my car buying experience amazing and easy Went in a few days ago with my daughter (6year old) not only did he make my experience easy and fast but was kind enough to make sure my daughter was comfortable printed out pictures for her to color and put on cartoons for her to watch. He was kind and answered all of my questions. First time owning an infinite Q50 and I am more than satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend Stevens Creek infinite great staff and huge shout out to Guillermo for making my experience amazing.
