Purchased my Mazda at this dealership (2011) and continue to have it serviced by them. They have managed to combine both Automobile Service with "Customer Service" Service Department staff (Allison Banks) did an excellent job of quoting costs & options for now & future service. Very helpful staff & technicians to work with.

Brandon in the Service Department went above and beyond

Brandon in the Service Department went above and beyond to work with me and my insurance provider. He was extremely helpful from beginning to end, keeping me updated and ensuring that I was informed throughout my entire service on my Mazda. He was very professional, sincere and accommodating. BE AWARE!

BE AWARE!!! One of the biggest crooks I have meat in the auto sales industry. They were trying to make extra money through financing, trying to do tax/licensing, etc... Just to be able to squeeze in extra fees. When I told them that I am buying cash and the car is going to be transported out of state and registered out of state, they told me that I have to use their own transport, again so they can make money off of it. I told them that I want to use a transport company that I know, to which they responded with an ultimatum. They said either we use our own transport or we charge you California Tax and licensing. When I told them that's illegal, I am going to get my attorney involved, the salesman just hung up on me.

We personally do not control sales tax or licensing fees and do not inflate these costs for any of our clients. please save the BS for the people that don't know better. Don't tell me that you don't make any money when you do tax/licensing on a vehicle. Every dealer does to some extent or another. Also, there's no law that requires you to arrange for shipping, but you insisted that you do that. Was that in the name of good service? PLEASE.... If I buy a car from you and lie, about registering it in California, I still have to register it, right? And I am still going to pay the tax and registration fees to the DMV, because my purchase contract says that. Plus, regardless you are going to file it anyway. So, why would I lie?? Doesn't make sense
