The Service Advisor Visanne, facilitated the battery replacement waranty of my 2024 Subaru Forester. Visanne was knowledgeable, kind and understanding throughout the whole process of getting the warranty service completed. Visanne also arranged for driving my car back to the residence. The car was clean and in great condition after the recommended warranty service.
