Very pleased with the thoroughness and efficiency of the dealership as a whole, and also appreciated the explanation of the features of my new Subaru that Joe Kochiss provided.

I was very pleased with Vi San's assistance with my tire concerns. She was so prompt and considerate when addressing the process , and kept me well-informed the whole time. It's a pleasure doing business with Hicks Subaru- and I love my car!!

Visanne was knowledgeable and friendly in assisting me in my windshield replacement. My shuttle driver Tyler was amazing and friendly as well whin he provided me transportation home and back to the store when my car was finished.

Our Forester experienced an engine problem on our way back from South Padre Island, about 100 miles from Corpus Christi, TX. The dash lit up with many warning lights. Engine was misfiring. I was able to reduce my speed to 40 mph and limp into Hicks Subaru. They immediately got to work and were able make the repairs in about 3 hrs. During the wait Hicks staff really took care of us. Even proving a nice lunch box. The repairs were coved by warranty and we got back on the road home. Thanks to xxxx and their great staff.

The service guys were very nice Clint is his name was believe. I am from Fort Worth and on vacation. Battery trouble and took my legacy in and found i needed a new DCM also. It was a quick turnaround and got my car back same day! Recommend them!

I have a high mileage Crosstrek and the service department is second to none especially Ms Visane. She ALWAYS goes above and being to make certain my service will s done with excellence. Mrs. Nancy, always makes sure my pet and kiddos are comfortable @ my last visit (I homeschool 3 17year olds) she make certain that my kiddos had adequate space, chairs and internet so they could finish their mid terms virtually!!! The service manager even went to far as to purchase and make board games available. An oil change does take a while but in this dealership GREAT things come to those who wait!!!! Hicks family Subaru really treat you like your a part of their family!!!!
