Great service on all points!

Great service on all points! Starting with my salesman, to admin, to service. I've been with this dealership for 30 years, and basically they have a customer for life. Hopefully Ford keeps offering good vehicles for a fair price so I can keep my promise of being a customer for life!

I have a very unique experience with this dealership.

I have a very unique experience with this dealership. I think that business is doing very bad and they start selling your identification. They have a system where you can purchase a car online but you need to submit your ID and social security number to purchase it. I did all the steps and I have the bill of sale and then the next morning I wake up and they’re asking me for more money and they said the discount I got online doesn’t exist! I gave them all of my information and then the next day they told me that I have to pay way over the price that was marked online. I confronted them about this and they told me that the car was already sold when I thought that I had bought it so I asked them why it was online if it was already sold and they told me that they have it set up through some kind of “third party system” which is obviously a big lie. I have the bill of sale which means that the car should be mine but I guess that’s not the case for this dealership. Please be careful when you share your information to this dealership they are scamming you and I believe that they are taking your social security and your ID and selling it to some third party. This is a big shame and this dealership should not be representing ford, this is not how ford operates. I wish that ford will find out about this dealership and shut it down.

Brad took the time to explain and set up all the new

Brad took the time to explain and set up all the new settings for the new 2023 Escape. And went over all the features of this suv. This was a wonderful experience and Brad does a great job with his teaching. For the life of me I do not know how Brad can remember how each car computer system’s operates. Each car has some different settings to deal with and Brad has mastered all of them extremely well. Thanks for all you do for your FORD customers.

Great Sales Experience

My salesperson, Bob Brani, has been awesome in getting me into a new Ford vehicle. My request was for getting the features I wanted while controlling my lease payments gave Bob a lot of extra work to do. As usual, he delivered as promised. I was able to get a better car with more features than I had expected. I will keep coming back to Bob when I need a new car. I recommend anybody looking for a new Ford to seek out Bob.
