From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was met by Jay Scott who was personable and knowledgeable. I knew exactly what car I wanted to see, and he did a wonderful job going over the car, and pointing out all the specifics. During the purchasing process, he explained each page of the contract in a manner that was very understandable for me. While I waited for the paperwork to be processed, he was enjoyable to chat with too. Overall, I really enjoyed the process of buying my new (used) car. Thank you to Jay for being such a wonderful salesman.

A Unique Dealer in Michigan....

It gives me great pleasure in providing a feedback for this dealer, this is the 1st time i have come to this dealer driving 1hr from Canton to see this car 2020 Mitsubishi Mirage ES. I am thankful to Kean Darakhshandeh who came out of the store to greet us. It was a pleasant discussion with Kean and his Manager, Jarred with all the discussions happening we finalized this car. The car was good in terms of the Carfax and we did have a test drive which was comfortable and Kean accompanied us giving us good inputs about this car. I liked the showroom as its unique from any other dealer in Michigan, I see every employee treated in a special way by having their face cartooned at their desk by the Management. Simply awesome…. I am thankful to Jarred for accepting my request and keeping the commitment. All Cheers to the Waterford Mitsubishi Team! Looking forward to see you all again.

Scam artists and crooks

Total crooks and scammers. They buy cars at auction make it look presentable and then sell it without doing any work or address any problems. They will tell you that they had complete inspection the car needs nothing but a driver. It might take a few days but then whatever bandaid they put on it wears off in the warning lights start again. You’ll be screwed. No accountability just lies and run around. Lasco ford and grand blanc Mitsubishi are same owner. Terrible track record and reviews. They will rip anyone off handicapped, Single mothers, anyone naive enough to listen or trust them. People that have enough problems on their plate will walk” away with an extra dish of problems they will have to pay for. I’ve been so depressed they ripped me off. I Have PTSD anxiety disorder depression but now i’m just ready to give up throw in the towel. I have lost even more faith in humanity I didn’t think possible. The only thing that stops me from ending my life is my kids and my dog. I’ve been in a world of xxx since I walked in their door they took advantage of me knowing I am recovering from brain injury. I told them I wanted to go on a road trip before a life-threatening procedure. They assured me the vehicle I bought was Road worthy and ready. ( The car couldn’t make road trip, just to other mechanic) I found out they didn’t do any of the inspections or anything they said they did. The check engine light was going off car was shaking. It needed new brakes rotors, fuel injectors, there’s some emissions problem, The car was in an accident they didn’t report there’s bodywork done I still haven’t addressed or know the extent. They conveniently forgot to put the washer on the oil pan bolt so now the oil pan bolt is stripped and may need a new oil pan. Of course I don’t trust them to do any work or sabotage the car any further. They don’t return my calls or emails anymore. I just wanted a refund after a week, ( so I could get a drivable car) and they wouldn’t refund. I paid 20k for a car I can’t drive.

I didn’t know the surprises coming.

Purchase a Grand Cherokee that leaks. Bad. I can deal with the rest of the stuff. someone said I should just get a oil change.I wish!

Not so great

Certified used vehicles aren't inspected for any problems correctly...or they just choose not to address the problems before selling the vehicle. Would not recommend going here unless absolutely necessary. They will eventually find a bank that will help with financing, but look the vehicle over well, preferably with your own mechanic.

Service Dept complaint

Continuous hold time when trying to make an appt with Service Dept. Ridiculous! And Receptionist is unprofessional. Love my car, but business ethics need to be in place

Horrible they make you feel down right awful

Morgan she was horrible i felt belittled and like she was trying to talk down to me made me feel bad about my income and credit. management needs to do something about tis employee i am telling everyone i know
