Not so great
Certified used vehicles aren't inspected for any problems correctly...or they just choose not to address the problems before selling the vehicle. Would not recommend going here unless absolutely necessary. They will eventually find a bank that will help with financing, but look the vehicle over well, preferably with your own mechanic.
Service Dept complaint
Continuous hold time when trying to make an appt with Service Dept. Ridiculous! And Receptionist is unprofessional. Love my car, but business ethics need to be in place
Thank you!!!! 😁
Great experience!!! Thank you to everyone that helped me through the process of buying my new car🤩 these guys made it easy and fast. I will be back when my wife is ready to upgrade her car.
I meet Tom Lynch and he is very professional and respectful sales person I have ever seen and he provided me details of our transaction to buy new Outlander and we are very happy with his professionalism .
The sales team were so friendly! I am so happy with my vehicle purchase and I look forward to coming back when it’s time to upgrade 😁
Horrible they make you feel down right awful
Morgan she was horrible i felt belittled and like she was trying to talk down to me made me feel bad about my income and credit. management needs to do something about tis employee i am telling everyone i know
I inquired about a used car and Jarred was extremely helpful in giving me all of the information about the vehicle and set me up immediately for a test drive. I went home with it! Everybody there was very polite and helpful. I definitely reccomend Waterford Mitsubishi for the wonderful experience.
wow what an experience! I wish I could say it was great but it wasn't. After a short test drive we found that the car we were looking at, a Lincoln MKT did not have heated leather. So we left. A couple of days later they contacted us saying the you add heated seats at no additional cost. sounded great. They even said since we drove a long distance they would deliver the vehicle. Well they showed up about 2 hours late. So at 8:30 on a Friday night we purchase the car. The next morning we try to fold down the rear seats and they don't fold. Such a shock. It's a wagon with no way to use the space. The description online says it has folding rear seats. I took a picture of that description. After talking with our salesman he said we could trade cars back and so we chose to do so. NOPE! The sales manager said that we could NOT. it was about 12 hours later. The sales manager didn't stand behind his salesman or help his customers. THANKS!
Absolutely Horrible, Untrustworthy!!!
They lie, are unhonorable, and just keep saying, "trust me, trust me." The saying is true...if they have to say to trust them, don't! Skipping over most of the trouble, I will give a some examples. They said they would (and at some point believe said they did) put caps on tire stems, yet never did. Said we has to sign some documents stat8ng certain things were gone over before we could sign final purchase docs, and that they'd go over all before we go. He also said he'd get my phone hooked up to the car's electronics before I left. And said he'd get us a deal and extra money off because I'd have to purchase a nav system and other things. None of these things came to pass. Repeatedly told us they had to get ahold if owner before lowering price a couple hundred dollars. (Yeah right. Owner has better things to do). Then they added $200 document fee. They knew we are disabled, kept us there all day making excuses. They took advantage. At one point they said they were taking vehicle back for final cleaning, which was promised from beginning. They kept us away from vehicle for hours. When they finally brought it out it was dark, and the interior lights were turned off. They had been on earlier in the day. We switched stuff from tread-in vehicle to new (used) vehicle. When that was done they were gone. They never did anything they said they would. Was so exhausted and in pain we headed home. The next morning we went out to figure out how to turn on interior lights. That's when we saw no stem caps, interior never cleaned, and a huge puncture hole was in the leather of the front driver seat! Keep in mind we had nothing ourselves that would cause damage (tissue in pocket does not puncture leather!). And they had vehicle for hours. They said cleaning, but it was never cleaned. Earlier one of the guys had screw driver because he insisted on changing our license plate (even though we said we wanted to do that), and he was in and out if the vehicle. Logic dictates they punctured leather and took vehicle away under guise of gleaning, and then instead of being honorable and admitti g what they did, they turned-off interior lights and scattered quickly. We emailed them that next morning to confront them, but no one ever responded. Except an unrelated email awhile later saying we can bring in the vehicle in a few months for routine vehicle check and leave vehicle overnight. Are you kidding me! They already caused great damage when I was right there and never completed tasks they said they would. Could you imagine how much damage they could cause if they had my vehicle for day(s)??? If they said they were going to fix the damage they already caused, that may be one thing. However, no mention of correcting the wrong they already done. What else do they plan on hiding?
