We are thankful to Aaron, who listened carefully to what

We are thankful to Aaron, who listened carefully to what qualities we wanted in a used vehicle. Within minutes, he found the perfect one for us. This in itself was remarkably easy, but we were further impressed before, during, and after the test drive by how thoroughly and confidently Aaron answered all of our questions. Furthermore, after we purchased the vehicle, he offered his help if we needed it in setting up any of the technology. We are also grateful to Val, who patiently walked us through all of the paper work. We have had the Forester for only a few days, but we love it and are confident that we had reliable help in selecting it.

I had a serious crack in my Subaru Outback windshield,

I had a serious crack in my Subaru Outback windshield, and had to make an urgent appointment to get my window fix. I spoke with Erin the problem manager who got me right in that day. I was so worried about driving with such a large cracked windshield. When I got there the repair manager said it the crack was from an object hitting the window, so it would not I be covered under my warranty. I explained that I thought I had purchased a special extension warranty, at the time I purchased the car. The service manager checked the records and could not find any record of the extended warranty that would cover the repair. Erin decided to dig deeper to see if there might be a record in the finance company records. As it turned out finance searched and they did find the record for the special extended warranty and it did specifically cover the windshield repair. During this process I was very distressed and Erin kept checking on me and supporting me. Erin provided service above and beyond. I received excellent service and support. Erin deserves a 5 star rating.

Great Subaru service.

Great Subaru service. If you're unsure of the quality of your dealer's service, I recommend you make an appointment and bring your Subaru to this dealer to see what service should be. Living a long distance from Ohio, I do everything I can to work my scheduled service around trips to Columbus so that I can bring my Ascent to Germain.

I had a trailer hitch mounted on my 2025 Subaru Ascent. Chad in Service assisted me. He was communicative throughout the service process and the service appointment took exactly the length of time estimated. Following installation, he explained how to access the hitch behind the bumper panel. The service team also provided a video of this which is helpful and a great idea! Thanks for the great service!

I found exactly the car I wanted online and filled out a request to learn more info. Not even ten minutes later, I was contacted and asked what I was looking for. When I told them I was ready to move forward that day but was on a time crunch, they sent me the paperwork online ahead of time and were so thorough and kind and patient in their explanations of everything. It was the fastest I've ever gone through a dealership (under 1.5 hours) and first time leading. David and Val made it so so smooth and I LOVE my car. No regrets, just happiness.

We arrived kind of late in the day and knew we wanted a car but not sure what we wanted. Clay was patient and helped explore many options. We ended up finding the perfect car! They were very obliging in explaining all of the paperwork and gave us a great peace of mind. If we need another car, we will be back, and I would highly recommend them. We love our Subaru! Some salesmen seem dismissive - like they think you aren’t going to buy a car, but EVERYONE here seemed chill and super helpful without being super ‘cringy’ salesmen. Very happy with the experience.

As usual the service I received from Subaru was awesome. Emma is friendly and very knowledgeable to the concerns of my 3 Subaru vehicles. Always efficient and timely with my repairs.
