Had new tires installed, an all-wheel alignment, oil change and new wiper blades. Excellent and timely service, priced very fairly, completed in 2.5 hours. Will definitely return for service on our other 2 Subarus.

My wife and I had a. Excellent experience at Germain Subaru. It’s hard to pick any one person as between Daniel, Jamal and Matthew we were treated with friendliness, respect and courtesy. Inadvertently they sold the car we’d originally selected but they made it right by offering us a car that had more features at a higher price at the same price that we’d originally agreed on. I’d definitely go back to buy another Subaru from this fine dealership.

Respectful and professional interaction with Chad, the service representative. I was given a loaner vehicle because of the amount of time needed to repair my vehicle. The next day when I went to the dealer to get my car it was ready and waiting. When I was checking out with Chad he shared with me about his concern about the cost of the repairs. Previously He had spoken to his immediate manager and the regional manager about the cost and they agreed with Chad. I left the dealership a very happy Subaru owner. I very much appreciate Chad going the extra mile for me!!
