I was disappointed with my recent service experience at Germain Hyundai. I scheduled an appointment specifically to address the recall(s) on my 2019 Hyundai. Since these were known recalls and the appointment had been scheduled in advance, I expected the dealership to have the necessary parts available before my arrival. After bringing my vehicle in, I was informed that the required part(s) had to be ordered, which meant the recall work could not be completed. As a result, I now have to take additional time to schedule and return for another service appointment. What has been even more frustrating is that it has now been over a week, and I still have not received a call to let me know the part has arrived or to schedule the follow-up appointment. I understand that parts availability can sometimes be outside the dealership’s control. However, for a scheduled recall service, I believe the parts should have been verified and available before asking a customer to bring in their vehicle. At a minimum, I would have appreciated proactive communication and a timely follow-up. I hope this feedback helps improve the scheduling and recall process for future customers. Thank you. Excellent and friendly service provided by Gloria! She was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find just the right car at.a fair price. I bought a Santa Fe AWD. I have purchased 12 cars over the past 60 years. Buying a new 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Germain Hyundai has been the easiest, least stressful and most satisfying experience. Cody Riley was a pleasure to work with. He allowed us to make our decision at our speed which included 3 trips to the dealership as we shopped other makes/models and considered our personal finances. Arriving at the price of the new car, as well as the value of my trade-in, was completely transparent and fair (based on my own thorough research). There were zero surprises, none, in the process of executing the sales contract. This is how new car sales should be handled

They answered every question I had, walked me through picking the best insurance option, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. As a first-time car buyer, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and knowledgeable everyone was throughout the experience. They truly went above and beyond to help me purchase my first car. I always ask for TJ Gibbs to interface with regarding my car's service. I feel that I get an honest straightforward assessment of my 2017 Elantra's needs. I'm on a fairly tight budget so I like the no pressure approach that's balanced by a sense of the importance of what things need to be done now, soon and can wait a bit to suit what I'm financially able to do. He's built up a lot of trust with me over the last 10 or so years. Whomever did the work on my car deserves a shout out for doing their usual great job. The work is always solid.
