Always a pleasant experience.

Always a pleasant experience. The customer service is great they make everyone feel welcome The greeter that takes you to the service desk when you arrive is a great bonus to your service team. Aracely answered my question got my service done that I needed and saved me money. Great place from sales, customer service, maintenance, reception area just good people.

Chad was great!

Chad was great! Although I still have a car that has a bad engine! Was not able to get it fixed because of warranty company! Not sure what to do now!

Took in my elantra which had a check engine light.

Took in my elantra which had a check engine light. The first diagnostic revealed it was likely a camshaft issue, but they said to wait and watch. I noticed the engine light was still on, so they took another look. The camshaft popped as they revved the engine! John Bricker was great: He refunded my diagnosis fee, gave me a new Elantra as a loaner, and said all my repairs would be covered under warranty. He estimated it would take about a week, but I got a call the next morning that my car was ready (which is incredibly fast). John really made the experience terrific and I couldn't ask for better service. Hyundai has done a great job honoring their warranty, and in this day and age, that's something to be celebrated.

Excellent as always! I’m a repeat customer and with future needs will return to Germain Hyundai. Elliott was a very helpful and knowledgeable salesman, he knew every amazing detail the car offered. He spent a great deal of time going over all the features and helping me set up the Blue Link.
