We performed the car service as requested.

We performed the car service as requested. Mr. Chad attended to us, he was kind and answered all my questions. I would give him a 10 or 10 for the customer service center. Ask for Chad, he is a very attentive and kind person.

I came in, interested in only one specific vehicle.

I came in, interested in only one specific vehicle. They found it, let me drive it, then worked out a deal we both felt good about. They even stayed late..although I would have been fine waiting until the next day...getting all the papers together, and detailing my Santa Fe. I drove it home. When my search started 3 months ago, this was one of the few dealers that didn't harass me with email and messages.

Buy a Hyandai, you won’t regret it!

Buy a Hyandai, you won’t regret it! This is my second Tucson. I took it in for a repair, Todd and the others at Service are great, welcoming, kind, attentive. The place is super clean and bright! I can’t say enough! My sister went from a Tucson owner for many years to buying a Mazda. She regrets it, because she said she misses how great the service is at Germain!

I’m very happy with the level professionalism and

I’m very happy with the level professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I was made to feel welcome and listened to when I was explaining about the issue I was having with my car. They managed to get the issue looked at and corrected in a relatively short amount of time. A big thank you to Rich and John for helping me out in Service. Also I would like to thank Rick Neutzling for taking time to show me a few new cars. Fantastic staff, I would highly recommend going to see them!
