Was greeted as soon as I pulled the car in.

Was greeted as soon as I pulled the car in. Talked to a gentlemen who checked me in and got me going. He also mentioned some things my car would need besides an oil change. I went ahead and had the reccomended work done. On top of the recommended work he texted me again with additional reccomendations seen from the mechanics which was a wheel alignment and new tires. I accepted the wheel alignment, as I already had a appointment for new tires on 6-30-25. Last bue not least had a fuel induction cleaning. All services were performed and in a timely manner. The car wash at the end was phenomenal as well, the car was dirty.

Was a great experience. Was in and out fast. Explained everything to me didn’t try to sale me on anything else, even applied a coupon that was online for me that I didn’t know about.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. Given an appointment as stated in email then told it was not an appointment but a check in time. replaced engine from recall and car still doesn't run. Employs rude and uninformed. .
