Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. The tailgate was suppose to be serviced and that was a lie. There have been several problems with thee car that have caused issues and service. Overall experience was very negative and will definitely steer mee away Walser in the future.

Walser Subaru St Paul delivered in so many ways for me and my family. From their diagnostics and repair, to their customer service team, they are unsurpassed. Also unsurpassed in terms of how they educate the consumer — in my case a Subaru owner.

Phillip did a great job!

Phillip did a great job! his knowledge of the car was great! He also din not pressure us into doing anything we could not afford! being we are on a fixed income. He has also gotten ahold of us a couple of times after the sale and made sure we where happy with the car, I asked him a couple of question, one he answered on the phone right away, the other he Texted back within 30 minutes.

Excellent service, especially from Ben. He helped me with my extended warranty and helped me prioritize service needs. Plus, my car was washed and the inside windows cleaned. Highly recommend for your Subaru service needs.

This was an extremely easy process.

This was an extremely easy process. Had the car I wanted, test drove, signed papers (in person and digitally), and got the keys. Great!
