The sales person was very helpful and nice to deal with,

The sales person was very helpful and nice to deal with, The sales manager was a little more aggressive when it came to using their financing. I had a preapproved rate from my credit union of 4.99 percent and he wanted to try and beat it so my wife and I both had to fill out the credit app. The rate came back higher than the 4.99 but there was still pressure to use their financing because it wasn't that much of a difference. Not a huge deal but I like the no hassle pricing but I still felt like i was being pressured on the financing.

Angel was very professional.

Angel was very professional. I had a fraud alert on my credit reports. It was a challenge for him and his manager Dan. I got very frustrated but they both talked me off the ledge. The problem was eventually resolved. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff was so patient and helpful during the process

The staff was so patient and helpful during the process of me finding my new car. They let me look around and then also helped me look at vehicles that fell within my budget and made the financing process super easy as well. It made for a pleasant experience.

The dealer did not disclose damage to the car before

The dealer did not disclose damage to the car before arrival. Obvious front end damage that they claimed no one noticed even after it had been through their inspection process twice. Dealer offered discount which was acceptable. Sales person really pushed gap insurance to the point that I had to say that I would walk out if he continued. Overall not a great experience. Finance manger was great to work with and the used car manager did what he needed to do to get the sale done. Just another car dealership.
