Completely unusable and unsafe car

Hello, I recently bought a 2006 Honda pilot from this business on April 13th 2023. When I first paid for the car the owner stated that the only thing wrong with the car and the only thing holding it back from passing inspection was that it needed a new O2 sensor. He was very aggressive in making it clear to me and my mother that this was the only issue and that everything else was basically perfect. During the whole experience he was very aggressive and not polite in the slightest. Another problem was with one of his employees. I am not yet 18 so my mother was the one who had to actually buy the car, but it was still my money. One of his employees multiple times stated how spoiled I was and that I was using "mommy's money". Today I brought the car in to be inspected by a mechanic. After a couple of hours the mechanic called me and said that the whole underside of the car was completely rotted and it was incredibly dangerous for the car to be driven. Considering the fact that I have only driven the car about a total of 3 1/2 hours since I paid for it, it is nearly impossible for this damage to have been caused by me. I have also not brought it to a mechanic since before today so nothing has been changed on the car. We called the owner and he stated that we cannot expect to buy a car for only $2,300 and not expect anything to be wrong with it. Even though he said nothing was wrong with it except the O2 sensor. Not only did he lie, but he deliberately put me and my mother in danger by letting us use the car. He also is not planning on giving us our money back. Thankfully we only lost $2,300 but I would not suggest buying anything from this dealer, even if it does seem like a car would be better for a more expensive price, because if he lied about this car, who knows if he would lie about the others to make more money. Overall, I do not suggest in the slightest purchasing a car from this dealership if you value not only your money, but your safety.
