The sales person was very helpful with the test drive,

The sales person was very helpful with the test drive, but after that the experience went down hill. Waited around for 3 hours with little communciation regarding financing. I have excellent credit, so this should not have taken long at all. Once the finance person finally had the paperwork, I went in to his office. He didn't seem to understand what exactly he was doing. He kept having "computer issues". The VIP package was put in my loan without discussing it with me until the end and at that point it was all done. When I questioned why it was already put in the loan, he replied I can take it out but then I have to redo all the paperwork. I said forget it. After sitting there over 3 hours, I just wanted to go home. I finally left the dealership 4 1/2 hours later. Received a phone call a day later that there were some issues with the paperwork and I had to resign everything. The forms that were emailed to me weren't working correctly on the dealership side so that took a day to straighten out. Then the next day I received another call stating I had to sign the papers again because there was an error made with the discount and rebate. Signed those papers only to receive another call another day later telling me that the gap insurance was incorrect. Oh my gosh do these employees not get any training before doing the finace for a customer? The GM sent me an email asking for my feedback and when I told him about my experience I heard nothing back from him until 1 week later when I received a video from him thanking him for my purchase. I had to have my new car serviced 5 days after I purchased it, due to a software updated that was needed in order for the microphone to work in my car. Why wasn't that done before the purchase of the car? Over all I like my Mazda CX-30 but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Gave me the best price on a '24 cx-5 carbon edition in a 150 mile radius. They also helped get me back to the airport to drop off my rental.

We were in the market for a car and made an appointment

We were in the market for a car and made an appointment with Niko Sanders at Sheehy Mazda in Hagerstown. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the store manager at the parking lot. Once we told him that we had an appointment with Niko, he very quickly got someone to inform Niko that we had arrived. Niko was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional. With his help, in no time we zoned in on the car that best fits us. We then ordered our car, put down our deposit, and waited for the car to arrive. Unfortunately there were a few unexpected hurdles. We felt that both Niko and the manager went above and beyond to get us the car that we wanted in a timely manner, and Boy oh Boy, did they deliver!!! Within two days we were driving home in our brand new car, feeling satisfied and grateful, not only with the car but with the pleasant process throughout. Niko continued his amazing customer service with follow up calls to check on how were doing with car and offered continued orientation of the car if we ever needed it. We felt Sheehy Mazda Hagerstown, and particularly Niko, has been outstanding, and we would highly recommend!

I recently bought a used Honda from Sheehy Mazda.

I recently bought a used Honda from Sheehy Mazda. The service was excellent, and Noah was really helpful in answering all of my questions. Even before I visited the dealership in person, he helped me narrow down some options and went out of his way to help me figure out the value of my previous car. I also want to thank Anthony, who helped me figure out the best perks package for me and made the paperwork process as seamless as possible. Was held for 2 hours with no deal,and was told I would...

Was held for 2 hours with no deal,and was told I would never get a new Mazda for the money I wanted to spend. Nice customer service right? Went to another dealer about 20 minutes East and drove off in less than 1 hour with a new Mazda 3. I will not go back to Sharrett Mazda to even look. I do my homework on prices,and decide what I want to spend for the type of car,and model trim. I will not burst my budget just for a car that will loose around $8000 as soon as you leave the lot. People buy with your head!! Look past the shiny vehicle you DON'T need and think!!! Avoid buyers remorse,because you will learn what it is. All the while being a slave to that car you just bought. They did not have much to pick from unless you wanted to buy all the bells/whistles. If you buy there you just payed WAY too much GUARANTEED. I laugh at their deceptive adds on the radio.
