The bargaining back and forth in writing was a bit much. At least I didn’t have to threaten to get my keys back. But then I wasn’t trading anything in.

I brought my truck in to get it inspected and it was done in a very reasonable time, a whole lot easier and quicker than the previous Ford dealership’s that I have taken it to I won’t mention any (Purvis). The service advisor was very polite, reassuring, knowledgeable and helpful!! I brought up the issue with my drivers side door and she checked for a recall and told me that there was one, I scheduled the recall while there with her. This is my fourth time at Bayside Ford and every time has been a great experience. I tell (brag) everyone one I know, family, friends and coworkers of my experiences and the efficiency, knowledge and professionalism of Bayside Ford!

This is my third service that I’ve had done at bayside, and it’s been a great experience each time. They do a great job and are very timely and professional. Jeffery was great to work with scheduling, keeping me informed on what should be done to my truck, the progress and when the truck was ready. I will recommend bayside to all my friends and family. Great experience with great people!

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. The vehicle was advertised online at a specific price, which I confirmed before making arrangements to purchase. I was ready to pay cash and even planned to get a cashier’s check the same day. However, at the last minute, I was informed that the advertised price included undisclosed conditions such as a $2,000 trade-in incentive and a $2,000 financing incentive. These conditions were not clearly disclosed on the website. Changing the terms after a buyer is ready to move forward is highly misleading and unprofessional. Transparent pricing is essential in building trust, and unfortunately, this experience felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. I drove from Alexandria, VA. This resulted in a complete waste of my time and an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly recommend that future buyers clarify all conditions in writing before proceeding. I ended up purchasing a new Mustang from Koons Sterling Ford instead, where the pricing was clear and straightforward. Honest pricing makes all the difference.

Kayleigh was great through the purchase of my new Explorer. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Of course, the process felt long,, but not unreasonable. So excited for service plan and Saturday service hours!

Drove in without an appointment on the off chance I could get a car inspection. The said they could give me the inspection right away, 30 mins later I was done. Quick and easy, Thanks Bayside!
