Wonderful Experience with Austin and Josh!!!
Austin E. was wonderful to work with. My parents and I went in the 23rd at 5:30 and were able to get home by 8:15 even after going through the process of purchasing two cars. He was very kind and listened to our wants and needs and even offered helpful suggestions that narrowed down our options. He wasn't pushy with trying to make a sale or anything of the sort, he let us go at our own pace and took us to look at several different cars before we made our decision. I would 10/10 recommend working with Austin again! Josh Anderson was also wonderful to work with; he was very patient with us as we were going through the financial procedures. He was very friendly and made lots of good conversation with us.

Horrible Experience - Avoid this dealer!
Horrible experience dealing with the dealership after purchasing a used car from them. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Josh Anderson lied to my face, wrote a different contract that he then had me sign. We had agreed on a price for the vehicle, which was then changed to be more than discussed by ~ $800. Josh also then tried to sell me an extended warranty on the vehicle. He verbally expressed it would be $600 for 45k additional miles or 5 years whichever comes first. What he actually put in the contract was a warranty for $1880 and it lasted 13k additional miles or 5 years whichever came first. They then took the additional costs and rolled them up so I would have to pay more to finance the car. NOBODY in their right mind would pay $1880 for a 13k mile/5 year extended warranty (that only was meant to cover major mechanical parts). For reference, this was a basically new Acura which should have very few issues. In total I owe an additional $2000-$3000 that was not discussed and I have no extended warranty. They did this by verbally telling you one thing and typing up another. One would think I might notice the difference in numbers and I should have read the contract in its entirety. Thing is, the contract would have taken a couple hours to read through and understand, and they give so many numbers you can't keep them all straight, all the while Josh was pressuring me to sign within minutes. Avoid this dealership, save yourself from the headache and a few thousand dollars.

Avoid Keith Traczynski at all costs
Keith is the most unprofessional salesperson I've ever met. The entire time my 16 year-old daughter were in his office (an office filled with crosses and Bible verses), he made us extremely uncomfortable. He went on and on about his religion and his philosophy that children should be beaten as a form of discipline - and that's just one example of his unprofessional behavior. The icing on the cake was him getting into the front seat of my car as I was ready to leave - not distancing during a pandemic against all public health recommendations - and told us we were going to pray with him because "even if you don't believe, prayer works". It was unbelievable that he forced his religious beliefs on us without regard to how we would feel about it. Even though Keith is the absolute worst, everyone else at Mike Shaw Subaru we dealt with was great! Frank in finance worked really hard to get financing for me, despite my less-than-stellar credit. He was pleasant and professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. Go to Mike Shaw for your next Subaru. Avoid Keith at all costs.

Eric Grimm with Mike Shaw was so awesome during my 2020 Outback purchase. Very relaxed and non pressured experience! After a brief issue with my car, Eric was in constant contact with me throughout and communicated with me daily. He went above and beyond in making sure the situation was handled even offering to drive 2 - 4 hours to pick me up. He was the most amazing sales advisor I have ever encountered. Mike Shaw Subaru, don’t let him leave because I will follow him wherever he goes! The best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle new and used! Such an amazing and caring person. Not a happy camper
Keith was not easy to deal with abrupt demeanor I was very turn off with him from the start. I would not recommend anybody to conduct business with a religious freak who world is wrap around politics and himself. As a consumer it would be nice to deal with a neutral situation that doesn't revolve around him and customers come first.
I don't trust Subaru of America or this dealership
I don't trust Subaru of America or this dealership. Been bringing my 2015 Subaru Forester to Mike Shaw for 50K miles now. Not a word was mentioned about it leaking oil. All of a sudden, our dashboard lit up like Christmas lights. Subaru only warranties their vehicles up to 60,000 (for good reason). Mike Shaw wanted $4,000 to fix this faulty vehicle do to a 2015 Forester leaking oil, how sad. They told me to contact Subaru of America, who told me to basically kick rocks and offered me $750 towards another faulty Subaru. No thank you. This will be me last Subaru. My advice to you is to buy a vehicle with a real warranty.
Mike Shaw Subaru is great!
Even though it was not my day to but a car, this dealership was at the top of its game! I was very adamant about my specific requirements, and the amount of money down i had to offer, and they didn't try to push me into anything more.

I highly recommend Zachary Elkin from Mike Shaw Subaru for anyone seeking their next vehicle. Zach made leasing a car an amazing experience. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and was always willing to communicate with me when I had questions. Not only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles and patient with my hesitations, but he was very kind and funny throughout the entire process. I came into Mike Shaw Subaru looking for a used car for my 17 year old son. Cliff was exceedingly helpful – went through available vehicles and discussed the best options. We found my son a safe car within our budget that was a very fair price. The car was immaculately detailed, and my son’s proud to drive it Everyone I worked with at MSS took the time to listen to my requests and respond to me personally. Really, I could not have asked for more, and we will definitely be back at Mike Shaw.
