Purchased a 2026 Subaru Ascent. OJ was a great sales rep. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and went out of his way to find us the right trim. The finance team was also supportive and made the process very easy. Definitely plan to go back to Mike Shaw in the future.

We were long distance buyers - from Alaska buy buying in Denver and driving the car back up to Alaska. I found the long distance process to be more difficult than previous out-of-state car purchases. We've bought cars in Seattle, Minneapolis, and now twice in Denver. So the process was anything but smooth, with more than a few "hoops" to jump through. We financed with a local Alaska credit union, and in fairness this probably complicated matters somewhat as I'm sure financing with the dealer would have been much smoother. This all is no poor reflection on the dealership and especially no poor reflection on the sales reps. It's just the times we live in and they needed to protect from potential fraud, so I get it. The sales reps, Eric and Shane, were really great to work with. They were polite and professional and I felt that we worked as a team to make the sale, even with all of the red tape involved. Everything they said they'd do was done. They were great listeners and I appreciated working with them. I felt we got a fair price for the car.

Eric has gone above everything. Won't have anyone help us with our Subaru Crosstrek.

Sales person was very helpful even when I just walked in without an appointment, answering all my questions and taking the time to show me the car I was interested in.

Repair needed was well explained and service staff listened to concerns and provided education about different options. A complimentary vehicle was provided while repair work was done and work was completed on expected timeline. Noticeable difference in the way the car runs and performs. Very happy with repair and service received from Mike Shaw Subaru!
