I'm not one to leave online reviews, however my recent

I'm not one to leave online reviews, however my recent visit to RC Hill Mitsubishi in Ocala, FL far exceeded my expectations and resulted in a great vehicle purchase. Both vehicles in our household were totaled inside of one month. We were certainly not expecting to purchase a new/used vehicle anytime soon. We had 6 days to return the rental vehicle after the insurance company totaled the second car. We met salesperson Daniel Gamero at RCH Mitsubishi and asked to see a car we saw online. We didn't have to wait long to see the car and was quickly on a test drive. The car was exactly what we needed at a great price. The online price is the price you pay, no need for price haggling or upselling. The last car we purchased took 5-6 hours to get through everything and was just a tiring experience. Previous experiences had us the last people at 9pm closing down the dealership. At RC Hill, we were finished within 3-3.5 hours. There was no pressure to buy more car than we needed or add additional services. We signed the purchase agreement, then met with the Finance Manager to discuss a few options and sign the financing paperwork. While I waited for the car to be washed and topped off with a full tank of gas, the stress I had been carrying around knowing I have to replace two cars was receding. The car is fantastic, and I felt like Daniel and the rest of his team treated me very fair in this transaction. For the second car replacement, RC Hill Mitsubishi will be our first stop. THANK YOU!

Ripped off.

Ripped off. Watch what you finance. They got creative deals alright charging twice for the destination fee and didn’t apply all discounts that were promised. Horrible company and they tried and explain it away. 2500 is a lot of money to me and I will tell the world how horrible they are. I was told to watch YouTube to get to know my vehicle.

While we regret that you're still unhappy with the outcome, our goal has always been to be honest, fair, and upfront. You met with me to try to explain way the rebates in the discounts and it still did not add to what is was on the deal paper work. The numbers do not lie. I have provided a very detailed explanation as to why I feel that I was shorted $2495. And if you would like I’ll bring it to you again. I was not given the one of the $1000 discounts and you consider it twice for the destination fee. Period. You never rectified anything all you did was try to explain it away that it was my gap insurance and they maintenance and I could get that refunded, If I was so worried about the money that was not the point I’m not finished with this you ripped me off of $2495.00. What you do is included in the sticker price the destination as well as on the deal work up sheet. It’s horrible you can’t charge twice for the same thing and the discounts we’re not provided as discussed. I was only missing $1000 of all that was supposed to be given I should’ve gotten 6000 discount and only got five and that included my cash. I’ll send you my work up. It’s simple math the gap and the maintenance package was added after the fact. I wonder how many people if they really go back and check or had a copy of your dealer sheet would determine the same exact thing that’s $1495 people that’s a lot of money in today’s world and your ripping people off!!!
