The service advisor was horrible.

The service advisor was horrible. Found any reason not to help assist with ongoing problems with vehicle. I am not happy.

Hello Jessica, full disclosure here. During your last service appointment, we informed you that the tread on three of your tires measured below safety spec and needed to be replaced. We also informed you that your tire and wheel warranty covers damage to your tires, not normal tread wear from driving. After discovering your tires were not going to be replaced for free under the tire and wheel warranty (which we’ve already replaced one tire and repaired another under this warranty previously), you began to threaten and use profane language with multiple staff members. Then you walked out into the service shop and demanded your keys back from the technician that was in the middle of servicing your vehicle while it was plugged in and receiving a software update. So, he unplugged the machine and gave you your keys and you left. Then you called back an hour later asking why your radio wasn’t working. It was because you couldn’t wait a few more minutes for the update to be completed. Later that day you came back for us to complete the software update and then submitted this negative review. We are always here to help assist you with any service or maintenance your vehicle requires, but we can’t help you if you choose to behave and present yourself in an inappropriate manner. We hope it was just a bad day because we have always worked well together in the past.

Broken seatbelt

Bought a 2023 mirage G4 about 3 months ago. Right after we got it the passenger side seatbelt started to fray. It is so bad it cannot be used. Called the dealership and after a month finally got in to get it fixed. They looked at it and said they needed to order a part and came back later to get it fixed. That was a month ago and still nothing. I called and was told it.was.backordered. a brand new car should not do this. What can I do. Nobody can sit there . It is unsafe to ride in.

To worried about making the almighty dollar, instead of

To worried about making the almighty dollar, instead of actually helping a person out. When you live in Florida you kinda need your AC all dealerships raise prices hoping to make a dollar or they will trade their car in. Unfortunately I'm in a bankruptcy and can't get a new car right now plus I'd never get rid of my 2014 Mitsubishi mirage ( my late wife picked the color) so I need to try to take the best care or it I can.

Of course we never like to be the bearer of bad news, but in this case your vehicle needed some extensive work based on the current state of the A/C system. When I called Mitsubishi, I spoke with Branden, the manager. Friendly personality. I told him my air compressor lock-up. He told me what it would cost, which was perfect within my budget. He told me Jacob will help me. Jacob told me he will keep me updated on my vehicle, and he did. The customer service was personal, knowledgeable, and the ability to put a smile on my face.
