I came in for scheduled maintenance “A” on my 2025 Honda CRV and to address a concern with crackling sounds coming from the steering wheel when turning it. The scheduled maintenance and problem with the steering wheel were completed in less than two hours, which was better than I expected. I’ve used Honda Van Nuys for service three different times and Tracy Rocha was my service advisor for the last two occasions, she was professional as always.

I signed the outdoor price, but the finance guy told me that if I don't purchase the car alarm system, they will remove the alarm. The salesperson told me that the alarm already comes with the car. They lied to me about the outdoor price, and I had to spend more money. Then the alarm system was add on extra security called KERR, not the car alarm. He tricked me. I am not happy at all. The salesperson was fine, but the finance guy (Armenian guy)was bad. $ 1,295 for alarm plus tax: $ 126.26 = $1,421.26. He added $1426 and tax again on top of $1421.26. It is not acceptable.
