I had a fantastic experience at the Honda Van Nuys dealership. I was assisted by Jesus Giron how was professional, proactive, and efficient. He kindly went through every detail upon request and was extremely thorough when questions arose. If you're shopping around for the right dealership, I highly recommend visiting this location. The care from every team member involved in my car purchase was unmatched to all other experiences.

My wife and I we stop by to look the Honda pilots Charlie was the sale guy he show us the 2 new2026 we make a offer by his manager I guess he was and bad mood which he didn’t want to make a deal the car is for my wife we offered to pay cash he didn’t like our offer he never show his face when we there I think they need to be flexible with the people is looking for a new cars. I’m sorry but he’s not professional in customer service.
