Very relaxing place with plenty of seating, donuts,

Very relaxing place with plenty of seating, donuts, coffee and water. Employees are super chill and welcoming. I was getting harassed by a guy who was not an employee, who I told the front desk to, he was following me around, making me uncomfortable and the staff blew me away with shooing him off so I could go. Jeremiah is awesome !

When I bought the car, the dealership charged me for

When I bought the car, the dealership charged me for items that were standard and included in the sticker price, resulting in me paying for the same items twice. This feels like a scam tactic aimed at customers, as they misrepresented the situation. I also took the car in for a recall, which was supposed to be free of charge. However, when I got home, I noticed a few issues on the invoice that claimed I had complained about them, which is not true. I did not complain, mention, or discuss these issues with anyone; they fabricated them. I suspect they may be planning to pull another trick.

Tony Castro, who handled my service, was very personable,

Tony Castro, who handled my service, was very personable, professional and understanding. I declined a litany of repairs due for the 100,000 miles service because I intend to sell the vehicle in the near future. Tony understood this and didn’t try to push or upsell me. I appreciated that.

I have been taking my Hondas to this service center since the late-90s. Each time they moved locations, I followed. Miguel C. became my service advisor several years ago. He is knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and is always willing to take the time to go over inspection results and help me prioritize my repairs. The new location is nice, clean, comfortably accommodating when I choose to wait for the completion of any repairs.
