BUYER BEWARE.

BUYER BEWARE. What a scam dealership this is. Sorry this is a little long and I don't normally post reviews but if this helps someone it's worth it. In searching for a 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT, I came across this dealer back in October 2024. Spoke with Paige first then with Kirk on the phone. After a couple conversations, I went in to discuss what exactly I was looking for. After an extensive search, Kirk was not able to locate a 2024 with the required options and said the only path to getting what I wanted was to custom order. Having provided a window sticker from an already sold truck which provided a detailed list of the options, we agreed to proceed with the order. Around the end of November 2024, I reached out to Paige asking for an update on the order and if we had a production date, an order number or even a web based tracking. I was advised there was no such thing. Being a a car enthusiast, I knew other manufactures provided this but opted to led that part go. The second week in January 2025 and Paige reaches out advised the plant has requested to validate my order and wanted to have a conversation. Seemed a bit strange since I thought the order was placed at the end of October, but again, I looked past it excited that finally something was moving. We discussed the Window sticker I provided, I asked on the option packages and was told everything was there. The middle of February rolls around and I get a message advising we finally have a VIN. I ran a VIN search but through my research, I could only see the engine, color, cab/bed size a few other minor details. Trusting the dealer, I continued to as patiently as possible wait. Going on 5 months, my patience was starting to lessen. Finally, Friday March 21st rolls around, on my way home from a business trip and get a text from Paige; The long wait is over and the truck has arrived. Paige requests I make an appointment for Saturday morning, again, a little odd but ok, appointment made for 12:30pm and away we go. Here's where it goes bad... FAST: Arrive at the dealer 12:15, Paige is with another client, ok, not really cool but ok, that's what appointments are for but. My wife and I sit down, wait about 20ish minutes, get brought the key to the truck and told I can go look. First I notice no bed liner, part of the premium plus package, Grrrrr. Paige comes out, says they don't come from the factory with the bedliner but they have a local place. Didn't call out that b.s and went for a test drive. Notice its missing a whole bunch of options and went back tot the dealer. Pulled the window sticker out and saw sure enough the order was wrong. Go back inside and am introduced to Jim (don't remember last name) and am told Kirk moved and no longer works there. Jim then attempts to charge me 2k under MSRP, then runs my credit 4 times (I have 830 credit) and shows me the bank approval where I was approved at 3.9% but he had 2%markup on the loan. I got up and walked out. Went to Schepel Buick GMC. Salesman Daniel helped me order the truck I originally wanted and that truck will be built next week and arrive in May. Bosak Chevy GMC, their game is lies and attempting to rip people off. Save yourself aggravation and don't buy from Bosak. Thanks for reading. Good luck!

Dealer’s technician did not solve the code issues

Dealer’s technician did not solve the code issues presented. Cleared codes, needed further diagnostics for more money. Wasted my time and money without correcting the problem. Concentrated on other unknown codes instead of the problem I brought it in for.

Almost 70 years old and I've bought plenty of vehicles

Almost 70 years old and I've bought plenty of vehicles and this was by far the best and easiest vehicle purchase I've made, and my most expensive (my choice). No pressure No upsell No B S , a great deal on a handshake. Love my 2025 GMC 2500 Sierra Denali Ultimate. Would highly recommend Bosak Chevy GMC and the Bosak family.

Paige K is my sales person.

Paige K is my sales person. I completed an online request for lease information and Paige contacted on the phone I listed. I asked for the best lease (for 2yrs 10,000) they could put together. I asked Paige and several other dealerships for t he same deal that I found on the Chevy website. Paige & Bosak were the only dealers that put together a package that was close to the Chevy site. All the other dealers said they could not match the Chevy site lease. Thanks Paige for doing what I asked for and not wasting my time. This is why I drove 80 miles to Michigan City, IN from Joliet IL. A DEALER THAT DID WHAT I ASKED FOR!

Awesome service dept!

Awesome service dept!!!👍🏻😁 Had several things done. A part was back ordered, no fault of Bozaks. I was kept updated & informed daily of my vehicle status. All other work was completed in a very timely manner. Everyone at Bosaks is very friendly & easy to work with, attentive to a very big dissruption in my life (not having your car) they were AWESOME in keeping in inconvenience to a bare minimum, were ALWAYS available, communicated daily! Wonderful business service, sales, everything!! Great job team!!! It certainly reflects how important your customers are to you! Thanx a bunch💯😁
