My experience with Bosak Chevy in Michigan City IN was

My experience with Bosak Chevy in Michigan City IN was great Cameron in service was very accommodating honest and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me. He arranged for me to get a ride home and back which was very helpful. The two gentleman that drove me home and back were very polite and pleasant. If you want excellent service for your car go to Bosak Chevy. They will take care of you. Thank you Cameron Thank you Bosak

Did a blind person do the work on my car?

I took my 2021 Chevy Blazer which I leased there, in for a oil change, tire rotation and to check the tires due to a low pressure warning. I was told that the tires were shot. They are 60000 tires. They told me that my vehicle was out of alignment, causing the tires to wear unevenly. I told them to please check for the possible nail or whatever would cause the sensor to read low tire pressure. I was told that nothing was found. I took the car home and the next morning guess what low tire pressure. I took it to a tire store and they pulled a nail out of the tire. Wow didn’t I just have the car checked? I got it fixed at a place that knew what they were doing. On the way home my wife said didn’t we just get an alignment the car is pulling to the right. So today I will be taking it to a different Bosak dealership to see what is going on. Take caution if you are taking your vehicle here.

Much to our surprise and delight, Mr.

Much to our surprise and delight, Mr. Epps provided an opportunity to order a 2023 C8 Corvette. From that point on, working with he and his team was a wonderful experience. Mr. Epps went the extra mile to find additional parts we desired on the car, but were not available from the manufacture. We are extremely pleased with Bosak and will certainly purchase from Mr. Epps in the future. Thank you.

What a rip off

After using this dealership for repairs in the past I was so disappointed with the last assessment. I was told something totally out of this world about my vehicle that I know is not true. I believe it is because of my good pay history with them that they made up a dianosis so I would pay. Now I am being bullied into paying for a dianostic fee and my vehicle is still not fixed. What a disappointment, I think something was done to my car so I would have to pay more. Be careful with these organzied crime rings they sure got me this time. It is not going to work because I will be getting my car back without repair and hope they get rich off my $190.00.

Big Mistake stopping here

Me (66) and my son (33) stopped in Bozak Chevy a few days ago hoping to make a purchase. The salesman was over aggressive and just plain rude. We had a few cars we were interested in looking at but the salesman insisted he "pull around" what we could afford after talking about a few things. All he was interested in was doing the math on his monitor. I was asking a few questions on interest rates new vs used when the salesman made a sarcastic comment. "How many cars have you sold" and preceded to pull out a trophy of key tags apparently from his sales. At this point we were done and did not even have an opportunity to look at anything. As we drove out of the lot the salesman was trying to flag us down. Three days prior to this I made a 31K purchase cash from Webb Chevy (Big Mistake) so I thought we would try here for my son, another mistake. A very upsetting experience for a 1ST time buyer. We ended up going to Chevy of Lansing IL were treated like royalty and a made a purhase.

Yes , it is a no for me.

I have been getting vehicles here for over a decade. This time is was the worst experience I have had. Dave Reed was my salesman. He not only got my social security number wrong, he also told me the wrong car payment I was going to make. It went up almost 100 dollars when I got to sign the paper work. Also I got a used vehicle. The glove department was ducked taped. The key fob was broken and had to get that fixed. A week of having the vehicle I had to take it in for the brakes. They tried charging me 499.99 for the rear brakes and routers being horrible. I refused to pay that. I only had the vehicle a week. There were 3 recalls on the vehicle. One being the fuel line. The price they sold me the car for was 15490. The vehicle was only worth 10,000. I can say by far the worst experience I have had with them. Let's not include I was told I was getting gap but instead it was a warranty. I would not recommend anyone go there.

took my buick in for oil change & tire rotation.

took my buick in for oil change & tire rotation.marked my tires to make sure they were rotated. this came with a multipoint inspection.when I picked up my car to my dismay my marked tires were in the same place as when i dropped it off. they were not rotated but the inspection revealed my brakes were good. how do you inspect the brakes without taking the ties off?so I was riding around with my family thinking my brakes were good when they were not even inspected they lied to us and got caught.on top of all this they did this not once but TWICE!! CROOKS!!!!!!
