Went to take a look at a car. We could not agree on a price. I tried to leave multiple times but she kept saying “let me see if he will go down”. Couldn’t agree on a price so I left. This upset her, so she ran my credit anyway! Avoid this place or at least Erica.

The onset of our purchase was an amazing experience.
The onset of our purchase was an amazing experience. Everything that could go right did!!! My sons first major purchase and he had a smile from ear to ear. The communication with our sales agent was great, very informative! We had a good long visit about how The truck, thankfully, was still covered under warranty. After a few days we take it back & we find out the transmission is failing, the module gets replaced and the transmission ends up having to be replaced, it gets ordered and it’s on back order. Our sales person stopped texting me back, I’m sure he’s just busy. BUT MICHELLE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS GOD SENT!!! When I tell you I’ve been kept up to speed on everything that’s going on I mean it!!! Bless her, she has only once had good news for me when she’s called but she has text me and called me every step of the way never leaving any detail out!!! She has literally earned every star in this review! Hands down!! Her work ethic is amazing and should be mirrored by the whole industry!!! Thank you Michelle, I still don’t have the truck back 35 days in but I’m definitely not angry, thanks to her!!!

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle.
I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle. I live out of town, 5 hours away, and was told they would hold the vehicle for me if I provided all the information/items required for the purchase. I was financed with my bank and ready to go the next day when I received a call letting me know that they had sold the vehicle. I don't blame the salesperson, but I do blame the management for not communicating with each other. Very upsetting!!

I will never bring my vehicle to get serviced here ever
I will never bring my vehicle to get serviced here ever again let alone purchase anything from Sewell gmc!!! After waiting a whole month to get my vehicle deposited I receive it damaged. After talking to service department and sending pictures I go up there and they bring the tech that worked on it. He literally admits to hitting the vehicle!! Then behinds to lie and say he hit it but never damaged it! I was never told my vehicle was hit! This place is a joke! I would never recommend this place to anyone! Completely unprofessional!

We had Moe. He was awesome!!! Made a Saturday morning appointment with him. He was all ready for us. Did a trade in truck to truck. Good experience with the sales manager and finance department as well. Had to travel from Lubbock to Midland for this. Well worth it.

They listed a truck without pictures because they just received it. I was looking for that type of truck. We were going that direction the next day and added to our list to look at. When we got there, Nathan came out and greeted us. We told him the truck we saw listed on Cars.com and he said they still have. He was honest from the start, he said they just got it in and then t was dirty, needed the windshield replaced and inspection and fluid changed as we were walking out to it. Yep, he was spot on, so we already knew what to expect when we saw it. He did let us start it, check it all out and take for a short drive. We could see the potential beyond the issues and knew this was the one. They reviewed our trade in and then we had to go to another building half mile away (this bothered us a little) then had to wait two hours to meet with financial person. But it doesn’t matter what dealership you go to, you should except to be there 2-4 hours, before walking out. Since the truck wasn’t ready to take home we scheduled a pickup 6 days later as it worked for us traveling back the 1.5 drive and it allowed them to get everything ready for us. I want to point out the service from Nathan was amazing. He followed up everyday on the status of the truck and what had been completed and what was getting done next. The day of picking up, he met with us and the truck exceeded our expectations! He even recommended a place to eat dinner there in Midland (Double Dave’s Pizza) food was excellent! We will definitely reach out to Nathan in the future when we upgrade the wife’s vehicle.

Worse dealership for help.
Worse dealership for help. I was coming into Midland from East Texas & had problems with my 2021 GMC Denali. Since I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them, they told me they could give me an appointment in two weeks. Ridiculous!! I could not stay in Midland for two weeks. They are supposed to service any GMC whether it was purchased from them or any other dealership. Thank goodness I was able to make it back to East Texas, with the help of another dealership. They could not connect me with the service manager or the manager of that dealership. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING.

Horrible dealership to do business with. Dealership gave me the wrong tire twice after waiting for over three weeks. Service and parts department are clueless on what they are doing. A waste of time!

Poor follow up after I purchased the vehicle.
Poor follow up after I purchased the vehicle. I was lied by the salesman and then he wouldn’t answer me after I told him he was lying. I was also owed a refund on 120v outlets that I was promised would be installed and I have yet to receive the check. Trying to remain patient but this could have been a simple fix. Don’t promise things that you can’t come through with.
