Great experience
Streamlined dealership. It made an impact on me that each sales person had a desk of their own with their name on a sign. I don't know why that seems to make a difference to me, but I think it makes it's more personal of an experience. The dealership seems more invested in their staff...Not disposable if they don't meet quotas. Less pressured experience.

Service Call
Regular service Appt. For oil change, etc. also, need tire light that went on. Service Appt. Was quite long, almost 2 hrs. My my service rep waived the charges because of the long wait. He also apologized. Was pleased with that.

1st New Car since 1968 for my wife.
We, my wife and myself had an excellent sales experience in the purchase/lease of the 2017 Hyundai Tucson Sport GT. We love the vehicle, the way it rides and the way it handles. We also love the way Mr. Ed DiMonte presented the car as well as the Dealership, BURNS Hyundai of Marlton. He made us both feel welcome and valued as potential customers. There was no high pressure sales pitch, which my wife and myself appreciate. His professionalism, knowledge of the product was quite evident. Form the minute I walked into the dealership, to the moment I drove away in my new car, everyone and every thing about my Burns experience was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for better sales and service. Everyone was so informative, and incredibly friendly and helpful.

Genesis is great
I recently traded in a 2015 Genesis for a 2017 model. I have had a number of new cars over the years but none as good as the Genesis. There is nothing I can say negatively. By far, the best car I have ever driven!

Very Satisfying Experience
I was very pleased in how everything was handled from the moment I arrived at the dealership until I left. I credit that largely because of my salesrep. Brian Han.
