Andre who knows his Vehicles inside and out and the team

Andre who knows his Vehicles inside and out and the team at Don Miller Jeep did an amazing job of helping me find and purchase a Jeep for my granddaughter. They gave me an awsome price I'm completely sure I could not find anywhere else. They made sure vehicle was clean and ready to go. Ben stayed late....bless his heart to close the deal. I just purchased my dream Corvette from Chris.

I just purchased my dream Corvette from Chris. He walked me through the car before he let me take a test drive. Once I decided this was the one, he filled the tank with gas and even bought me a soda. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I appreciated the effort.

Horrible service, I have spent a little over five

Horrible service, I have spent a little over five thousand dollars in multiple visits since last year for fixing the hissing sound coming from my AC and everytime the problem came back in two weeks and the last time they gave me quote of another 2800 to fix the issue.I was wondering if this is a rip off scam or else how can they cannot diagnose the issues all together. I really have doubt about their honesty and if they have done any work at all. I will never step foot in Don Miller again and will try to reach as many people as I can and ask them to avoid Don Miller at all cost. Stay away at all cost

Get experience Jayson was great to work with, very friendly. Process went smoothly and was able to get into the car that I really wanted with no issues. Was trading in a lease to purchase a vehicle and that process was very easy.

Service shop lacks integrity from the top down.

Scheduled appointment to get estimate to repair non-functioning air conditioning, brought my Big Horn 1500 in for that appointment on Monday morning. To be clear, I asked for an estimate to get AC fixed. No call all day Monday. I called on Tuesday morning for an update at 10:00 am, I was told truck is done, AC works and it can be picked up at anytime. I thought it was weird that I never got an estimate but assumed at that point that it must have been something affordable and easy. When I went in to pick up my truck I was absolutely thunderstruck, I blown away because they wanted to charge me $1800! The work was already done when I called on Tuesday morning and I never received any phone call with an estimate much less me authorizing the work and the insane charge. Brought situation to the attention of Jeff. Jeff is the manager of the entire service shop. I explained the unauthorized work to Jeff in detail and he said he would look into it. He got back to me 26 hours later (after I called him) and he informed me that their technician had proved to him that he provided me with their estimate and that I approved it the previous week. So, to be clear, the entire reason I needed to bring my truck in for an estimate was because they did not know what was actually wrong with the AC and they needed to inspect it in order too diagnose the problem and then provide an estimate. Except of course that Jeff told me that they did have authorization form me from the week before, giving them my consent for the work. Jeff actually said to me that he had an estimate for me before any technician even saw my truck and he says they phoned me to tell me, but there is absolutely zero incoming calls from the service shop at Don Miller before Thursday. Not only did Manager Jeff lie to me but he doubled down on his lie when I called him out. I immediately notified my credit card company and after they saw my call logs with no calls from Don Miller, they reversed the entire charge and now Jeff isn't getting paid a cent. Watch out for Don Miller's Service Shop.

Grandson wants ram 1500. Won't be buying one there. Sharing dissatisfaction with with family, friends, congregation, the world. Asked for call back with apology. No response. Obvious this is their normal non response.

In March 2021 I purchased a 2015 Town & country used from Don Miller and had a wonderful experience. But this June I brought it in before the 90-day warranty was over for an air conditioning issue. Actually the air conditioning had never worked. Even though I brought it in within the warranty period the service department said I would need"to sign off" on a $152 charge just to inspect it. What's a warranty for? Obviously done Miller doesn't believe that a warranty covering your automobile is your warranty. I was told by the service department that the $152 was required for the technician to take a look at the problem and determine whether or not it would be covered or not. Sorry Don Miller the check off list on this auto said the air conditioning was operational. You've lost me as a customer. A 90-day warranty is a 90-day warranty.
