Corey and his manager Brian are rude and arrogant.

Corey and his manager Brian are rude and arrogant. They had my car for a month and a half and I got home with it and it didn’t start right. One of the seat controls came back broken. Corey took no responsibility for my car still not being fixed and accused me of breaking it I was a day late bringing the courtesy car home because my ex-husband punched my son in the face and I was in the hospital and they got upset with me. Do not go here for service. I would give zero stars to Brian and Corey

They were not able to get to my vehicle that day, even

They were not able to get to my vehicle that day, even though I had an appointment. you’re now charging 2% to use a credit card to make payments that’s unacceptable and you should let someone know before they have to pay the bill that they’re going to have to an Additional charge I only had a credit card on me and if I had advanced knowledge I could have brought my check book or debit card sorry I don’t carry $871 in cash on me. Additionally, I told them what was wrong with my car and I was still charged a $200 diagnostic fee that truly pisses me off. By the way I was correct on the issue.
