Cheated me by doing work NOT requested

Asked for ONLY oil/filter change and VA inspection. UNrequested by me, they did a Brake flush, Cooling system flush, & 4-wheel alignment for an "extra" of $590.81 for a total of almost $800! All attempts to rectify this unwanted work failed, never heard back from GM or Srv. Mgr.

Every negative review that is written on this site sums up my experience with Safford VW service. Poor communication, lack of follow through, misquoting a repair price....from the time I dropped my car off until the day I picked it up.

The staff was very considerate and willing to work with me. There wasn’t any of the usual games some dealerships try and play, they were up front and honest. From salesmen to the managers, all around great staff.
