Stay Away!

Stay Away! I purchased a 2022 Kia Telluride from Jim at the Holliston location late last fall. The car had just under 8000 Miles on it. This spring upon hearing about a recall, I took the car to a local Kia dealership. They informed me the car had no warranty coverage on it because it was originally sold in Canada. I was shocked! Went back to see Jim and he said he new nothing about this Kia policy. When I purchased the car from him he gave me verbal and written assurance that the car had the remainder of the factory warranty. It is a major reason I purchased the car. He said he could do nothing for me and would have the GM Shawn call me. Over a month later no call. I feel this is a clear case of consumer fraud. Now I own a very expensive low mileage car with no coverage. This company even owns a Kia dealership! I don't believe for a minute they didn't know what they were doing when they totally misled me.

FRAUDS FRAUDS FRAUDS

Located a repair they tried to hide after getting car fax and spacifically asking any prior damage. When I called and told them, the excuses started that carfax only is for "reported" They knew... FRAUDULENT Stay away.

Great dealership

Jim was great and very accommodating. He was prompt returning calls and professional. They had a good selection of cars to choose from. I recommend them for a car purchase!

Highly Recommended!

Simply, THE BEST! The whole team over at Blasius Boston (Holliston, MA location) is wonderful. I am a novice "new to me" car buyer and was initially very overwhelmed and intimidated to purchase a vehicle after I had gotten into a car accident. The team made the process smooth. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Jim M. was my salesman. He was very open and transparent. Intuitively, he felt like a good guy and not someone who was trying to sell me anything. He answered all of my many questions truthfully and in terms that I understood. If there was something I didn't understand he explained them to me. Throughout the whole purchase Jim was a man of his word. He replied to my phone messages/emails quickly and was a clear communicator. He wasn't just a good salesman - he was a great guy! James M. (Financial Manager) helped me with the purchasing paperwork. Again, being new to this experience and having very little knowledge of cars, but privy to the stereotypes of car salespeople, I was not looking forward to this experience. James demolished this idea. He took the time to explain everything clearly and concisely. He defined terms that are not clear to the average person. More importantly, he did not try to sell me, nor pressure me into anything. He was informative and patient, which I appreciate. Over the course of the whole process (signing, VIN checks, registration, etc.) he was timely, diligent, and attentive to my needs. I felt prioritized. Shawn (General Manager) is simply amazing. During my registration process, I had a little bump in the road (my registration was not sent/lost/misplaced and my registration was facing suspension if not inspected within 'x' period of time.) After telling Shawn about the situation I was in, he immediately sent me a copy of my registration so I could go and get an inspection. Well, he didn't stop there. Fast forward to the next day when my car failed inspection. According to my local mechanic's judgment my rear breaks failed his inspection due to "damage" (rust). This came as a surprise to me because my vehicle passed inspection by Blasius less than two months prior. This didn't sit right so I called up Jim and Shawn and sent them pictures of my rear brakes. They were suspicious upon their visual inspection; despite their suspicion they happily welcomed me to bring the car to them to have it checked out the next day. Shawn's mechanic disassembled the rear brakes then Shawn took the parts and their diagnostic tools (brake lining thickness gauge) out to show me what they found - Nothing. The rotors did have some rust ("damage") on them, but plausibly due to the nearly 25-30" of snow accumulation we experienced this year so some rust is to be expected. Over the course of 2 months I had worn the brake pads down a little bit, but the wear level was still in the green zone and not problematic to the functionality or safety of the braking system.The calipers were fine as well. Although there was no real "damage" to the rear brakes and my former brakes were in good condition, Shawn and his mechanic gave me brand new brakes to ensure I passed inspection and to spare me any inconvenience when returning to my local mechanic's shop to get my inspection sticker. WOW! When researching vehicles my partner and I spent a good amount of time looking into dealers and it paid off! I am totally impressed with our experience with the whole Blasius Boston team. Everyone makes sure the customers are happy and goes out out of their way to do so. Overall truly wonderful customer service. They are knowledgable, trustworthy, and informative. I feel more empowered for future car situations. I know that I can always call them if I have any questions. Highly recommended.

You have to try them out before you go any were!

Awesome and friendly service! No bull and always there when you have a question. I would definitely go back to them theme for my next car or truck!!! Love the service! They do not sell you more then you need and work with you to get the payment you are looking for!

Great overall buying experience!

Jim was a great no-pressure salesman. I decided to use their finance company for my purchase and they came back with an excellent rate. I had a small hiccup once I picked up the car, but the GM Shawn, went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Extremely Satisfied

My family was looking for a used car for our daughters to share. I have always been hesitant to purchase a used car, but Blasius Boston (formerly WCG Enterprises) had a tremendous reputation. We worked with Shawn and he provided a NO pressure shopping experience. Once we found a car we liked, Shawn spoke to us about how we planned to use the car and made sure that we purchased a quality car that would have all the appropriate safety features to protect our children. The purchase process was quick and painless. You are able to secure financing within minutes. I was so impressed with the purchase experience, and the quality of the vehicles that they sell, that I ended up trading in my Honda Pilot for a new-used car for myself. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend Shawn to any family member or friend. I am still in shock with the value that I received from these transactions.
