When my old car died I determined that I wanted a relatively new used Kia Optima. I found a number of options on line, one being a car at MB of Rochester. I contacted them and shot them a price I could get elsewhere. They countered and I accepted, contingent upon no surprises when I saw the car. My wife and I found the car acceptable and finished the deal. The two people we dealt with impressed us as straight shooters and answered my many question. We were impressed with this dealership and had a good experience.

First Rate Customer Service
I brought my car in for regular maintenance. I asked about a couple of the restaurants in the area and mentioned that we were going out to lunch after my vehicle was finished. They immediately offered to have the shuttle give us a ride to the restaurant and picked us up. That's what I call stepping up customer service.

I brought my car in for an oil change. John was MORE than helpful, polite, and accommodating...went above and beyond expectations...I was even given a car to use to run some small errands during my oil change. Top notch!

I actually look forward to having my Benz serviced.
I actually look forward to having my Mercedes Benz serviced. Tim and Nathan and the team of service techs are always very helpful. Each visit, they go over all the details of everything they're doing to keep my 2010 C300 running like new. Then, before they deliver it back to me, it's not unusual seeing three techs washing and wiping my car down, inside and out before bringing it out for me to drive back home to Onalaska, Wisconsin. Thanks guys! You all do great work!

Waste of Time
Drove down from Minneapolis to pick up a used vehicle. The car had significant paint issues that were not disclosed by salesperson. The manager said they looked at having it painted but was too expensive. I would think a dealer would disclose this before wasting the time of two people who were driving in from out of town. Just not that difficult to do the right thing.

Used car repair
I recently had my Saturn which I bought from MB of Rochester fixed and the Service department was excellent. My son and I were taken care of very well. Super waiting area. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Warranty work on driver's door lock & tailgate cleaning
The service department at Rochester Mercedes Benz is great to work with. In particular Nathan Petersen was extremely helpful and friendly. He is a top rated employee in my opinion

Fantastic Experience!
I came in late looking for a car I had seen on the internet. Brian greeted me right away. Brought me into his office and found the car. Within minutes I was test driving! Knowing the office closed at 7:00, I told him I would come back tomorrow, but he said no problem. I drove away that night with the car of my dreams!
