Absolutely Horrible....negotiated over the phone on a car...
Absolutely Horrible....negotiated over the phone on a car I was told was "immaculate" by one of the owners. Should have known it was all a lie after he first said the tire tread on the tires was "less" than half then changed his story during negotiations. Had a used car inspection done on the vehicle and there was MAJOR work that needed to be done it, including visible damage to the front bumper, that they claim they didn't see. Really? I spotted it in the first 30 seconds of a walkaround. The owners are rude and devoid of honesty and personality…no wonder the lot stays full of unsold cars. You'd do better going to CarMax, they won't budge on the prices either but at least they know what kind of shape their vehicles are in. When I asked around town, locals affirmed my suspicions...these guys are shady and not worthy of your business.

We have been in the used car business in Fredericksburg Virginia for 35 Years. We are very sorry this customer feels this way. Although a little harsh with his review, we will take all of this customers concerns into consideration to continue to strive to be the best we can be for another 35 years or more.

Purchased o7 Cayman in late May 2010. Nice car in good condition at a Fair(not great) price. I live in Georgia and had car delivered with the assurance that everything was good. Brake pad sensor warning light came on the first day. Notified Mike through my sales rep of the situation. He said must be a bad sensor , car had been checked out. turns out all pads were evenly worn to the sensors and needed replacing. Cost me $ 814.14 . Dealersship is unwilling to assume any responsibilty. Bottom line, do not deal with car expo, but if you must be sure you get any defects repaired before they get your money. I have documentation and brake parts for anyone wishing to see proof this really happened. Brad Kyzer 706 627 6510

We searched the internet for dealers in our area (25...
We searched the internet for dealers in our area (25 miles) who had what we wanted. This dealership and a few others had what we wanted. After shopping around we found that Car Expo was about $1,000. lower for any comparable car at other dealers. They were very easy to deal with and had the car ready for us to pick up the next day as agreed. The car seems to be fine with no need for repair. We enjoyed dealing with them. They were very friendly. Absolutely no hassle. We called before we got there, they had the car ready for us to look at and test drive, we purchased the car, they helped prepare the paperwork, and they had it ready the next day as agreed.

Good cars at good prices. pay attention to small things...
Good cars at good prices. pay attention to small things like speakers and floor mats. Every car has these small things wrong with it and they will fix or lower price if you find them. If not...tough. they're service dept. is the worst I have ever seen. I am not sure they know what a car is. If you have to get repairs done to complete the deal....MAKE THEM PAY FOR IT ELSEWHERE!!
