Terrible customer service after purchasing vehicle and
Terrible customer service after purchasing vehicle and parts they never replaced that were promised upon purchase. Service department made every excuse and never completed the request to fix a part that was broken when we bought the vehicle. Manager hung up on me and told me he could give me the part to have another dealership put in myself if I didn’t want to wait. It has been over a month waiting for this part that they never even ordered the first two times I spoke with them after purchasing the vehicle. They just give the runaround . This dealership makes promises they definitely do not keep just to sell the car upfront. Do not waste your time! You’ll be burnt in the end.

First time that I bought a vehicle from them.
First time that I bought a vehicle from them. Service was great! Christian Williams did a fantastic job. Easiest and fastest experience ever buying a car. Brittany was extremely helpful with financing.

Chris Alcantara was great.
Chris Alcantara was great. He went out of his way to help me and make the deal work. I had contact with sales manager and finance. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. I will refer others to Bob Mills Mitsubishi. Tracey

Rude supervisors (Bryon Masterson).
Rude supervisors (Bryon Masterson). They don't treat you as a customer and they got the idea that they are doing you a favor buying their services. We ordered tires. Then they sent me a notification saying tires had arrived. When we scheduled installation, suddenly they gave excuses as they were understaffed, technicians quitting, etc. Skip this place, lack of customer service!

Purchased a used ford vehicle from the dealership.
Purchased a used ford vehicle from the dealership. Living 3.5 hours away I called and did everything on the phone. I asked if they serviced the vehicle following the ford maintenance schedule, and if they changed the transmission fluid and spark plugs. They assured me the service department performed the maintenance that was deemed as necessary and followed a 100+ pt inspection. Get the truck delivered to me and check the fluids and look over the truck. While driving the vehicle down my driveway I noticed the vehicle had a miss and was idling rough. Checked the spark plugs and two spark plugs are fouled. The dealer didn’t replace the spark plugs either. Checked the transmission pan and it’s obvious the pan had not been removed either. The body of the vehicle was more beat up than I had seen in the videos the salesman sent me. Taillight has a hole in it. The passenger side bed is scratched badly along with being dented and repaired by painting and doesn’t match the rest of the truck. No check engine light on the vehicle. Hooked my OBD scan tool to the truck and it shows a code for a starter malfunction. While checking over the truck I heard an audible click under the hood. Having owned numerous mustangs with the 5.0L I knew the noise was not a “normal sound” and began to investigate the cause. Took the intake piping off and found the throttle body was opening and slamming shut, causing the metal on metal sound. Called Capital Ford dealer and they said the throttle body was bad and needed replacing. Called Sev and sent him the video of the throttle body. Sev said he sent it to his service manager and he would be giving me a call. After days going by and no call from the service manager I called him. He stated the throttle body was supposed to do that and there wasn’t an issue because it would set off a check engine light if it was malfunctioning. I feel as though if you’re gonna sale vehicles that are not your brand then you should not lie to a customer about issues that you do not know anything about. Dylan, salesman, was great, but that’s about as much good as I can give this dealership. After delivery this dealership leaves a whole lot to be desired. Now I’m out $80 for spark plugs, $130 for a throttle body, pay to have a tech diagnose the DTC code for the starter, and change the transmission fluid and filter. Also when you call or text about getting your license plate mailed to you so you can actually drive the vehicle on the road… crickets.
