It was super easy to make an appointment. Amanda made it painless, and listened to my concerns.Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My wait time was less then what I expected huge plus! Will definitely be back.

Had 5 free oil changes with used purchase, after first...

Had 5 free oil changes with used purchase, after first change had oil leaking from drain plug. Went back with correct drain plug washer to be replaced correctly which they did not do first time. They said it would be done. Home with no further leaks. Next oil change asked to have everything ready for inspection when I arrive which they agreed upon arrival they did not have the filter nor drain plug brass ring so I went home to change oil myself. Found that the first oil change they did not change drain plug ring after I brought it to them and only tightened the ill fitted washer they used to the point it was bent and partly hanging off evn after I brought the part to them. I notified them about this and requested to have my name removed from the constant texts for service reminders. months later still getting texts for service with the same response of "oh you were not taken out of system, I will remove you now and no further contact will happen." You think after me complaining to the service manager and front desk clerk that I would not have a Big Wheel brought here for a pedal replacement they would get the picture, but, here's that text reminder again. Good Grief!

Horrible experience.

I spoke to a salesperson who gave me three reasons why I had to come to the dealership. I am retired and gave them all of my info over the phone, including a very low figure for my trade. The salesperson was not helpful at all. No follow up from management... I simply asked for a payment ESTIMATE, not a binding contract. Very disappointed overall.

Randell Watson , service dept

I was in today too have my Outlander Sport worked on braked an tires rotated. Randell was more helpful an went over everything my car needed. I appreciate his manners an the way he explained all I needed. I’ll come back because he treated me like a person an not just a number. Thanks

Loving my new ride

I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone, the staff there is very nice and worked really hard to put me in a comfortable ride, due to my credit score. They allowed me another chance. I can honestly say ,that I am a happy camper .??Thanks you guys, you are a tremendous blessing

Bought New Mitsubishi Outlander

My buying experience was so smooth and easy salesman Mike Ebert was so helpful he even found the exact car I wanted and had it delivered to my home. I have had nothing but great experiences with the warranty and overall customer service. I loved it so much my husband bought a used truck that also had a warranty, this was honored and major repairs were done...to a used vehicle. I am so impressed with the customer service and that they stand by their products. I won't buy another car from anywhere else.

Horrible place

This is one of the worst places to get a car. I was in contact with them for 2 weeks about my income, credit score, trade in vehicle, etc because I lived 2 hours from the dealership and did not want to waste my time or money for a car unless I was told i was guaranteed the car and i finally made a appointment to get the car I was told was good on. When I got there they switched things up and said I needed $5000 more money down and a cosigner. I got there at 9:30am that morning by 4pm I got the extra money and went in for the deal but now they won't take my trade in because it needed a clutch when I told them this during that 2 week phase before my visit. They then proceed to tell me my credit was bad and they did a good thing to get me approved for the car they were selling and to simply not pay my other car loan and only pay theirs. I signed no paperwork and told them I wanted my $7000 down payment back and they told me they couldn't not give my money back at that time although I just gave it to them not even my check. A week later what was done on credit and debit card I got back, currently its almost 3 weeks later and I still did not get back my $2700 that was in the form of a check. I have been battling this dealership everyday and has been a headache. This entire dealership is bad news. STAY FAR FROM HERE. I ended up having my car towed 2 hours to my house at 6 pm from the dealership.... Worst car buying experience ever.

Paul and Rosemary Pavelek

We just bought a 2016 outlander sport se..Our sales person was Johnny Haddid and he was awesome. Made our visit and transaction smooth and enjoyable. Manager and finance men were courteous and efficient. I recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new Mitsubishi ask for Johnny Haddid and do the deal. Our outlander sport se is a sweet vehicle and runs like a dream. We love it. Thx to Johnny and crew at myrtle Beach Mitsubishi. We will be back.

sales lady sucks.

You need to get rid of the sales woman who flops her hands on her hips while talking about your car. I feel this to be very rude and childish like a 4-year old. She could never sell me a car with that attitude
