BEWARE!! - LIARS, Covered Up Problems!

From the very first text I noticed these salesmen here have no appreciate for the customer. They were lazy and didn't want to help me at all. I told them I'm a cash buyer from out of state and I'm ready to make a deal. The biggest issue was that I drove far from out of state for a GS430 and they did NOT disclose the car had hail damage. They told me they have 120 years of experience and they have 6 dealerships alone on one block yet no one inspected this used car and disclosed the damage to me before I drove 6 hours to see the car. Then they didn't help me out at all on the already high price for a car from 2004. As soon as it came to price talk they instantly flipped the switch and started acting extremely rude and disrespectful. I think it was very unprofessional for this dealership to not disclose obvious damage and try to trick me into buying it without a proper inspection. Why should I as the buyer be doing the employee's job?! They are the ones that should have noted the problems with the car, not me! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY dealership. Everyone at the used car lot is disrespectful, rude, and unfair especially Dominic! Do yourself a favor and buy a used car only from a private party!

Awesome service!

As a 21 year old first time car buyer I was pretty nervous about making my first big purchase. I knew I wanted something reliable that would last me a long time with a low payment that I wouldn't struggle to pay every month since I'm a college student. John absolutely got me in the perfect car. He has several kids around my age and genuinely cared about finding me a good fit. He met every single one of my needs and I left so happy. Prices were based on Kelly blue book and it was an awesome experience!

Horrible service

I would never go to the dealership to purchase a car again it's been over 30 days and I still have no registration for my car. When I asked where is the title memorandum to register the vehicle no one seems to know what's going on and then I find out that they don't even have a title to the car and I can't drive my car because the tags that they gave me are expired horrible service I would never ever recommend someone to go here.

I purchased a used 911 from Byers last year. Worked with Corey. He was extravagant. I have to admit I was hee-hawing around, not completely sure about the purchase. Corey was more than patient and graceful with me; answering any and all questions with honesty and authenticity. Every step of the way I felt that he was an advocate for me with the dealer. Great Experience

With the lease on my Acura ending, I started shopping around for a fun replacement. After trying a few other brands and not really finding something that was "me", I decided to look at a Jaguar and immediately thought, Byers Imports. I worked with Corey Fergus, who really made the experience for me. Yes, the car just felt right as soon as I sat in it. But it was Corey's knowledge of the vehicle and features, and really his excitement that made the difference. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Byers Imports and Corey

Efficient and informative

Limited to 1 year of experience, Jeff is knowledgeable and gets it done per the schedule. A couple of items needed further repair after purchase and sales went the distance to get it done to my satisfaction.

Great expierence

Was not sure what I wanted when I came in. Your salesman Sean was awesome, was patient and really sold me on the features I wanted for my car. Love the jetta he sold me. When it comes time to get another car, I will be back to see Sean.

Car buying the way it should be

If you are looking for a salesperson and buying experience personalized to you, I highly recommend Byers and Justin Paskey. He was very knowledgeable about the specific car we were interested in, honest and made sure we understood specifics about accessories we were thinking about. With his direction we were able to spec the car exactly like we wanted it and we made a great purchase. Exceptional Sales/service experience

I thought I didn't get to purchase my vehicle at Byers. My experience with Justin Paskey was exceptional. His detailed knowledge about the Porsche brand was amazing. He guided me the whole way of purchase an exact vehicle that I wanted. Justing devoted his time unselfishly helped me for about 1month of time until I finally made my purchase. I witnessed him wiping down just a few water drops on a customers car because he wanted his customer to have the most appreciated experience with him and the dealership. Kudos to Justin Paskey

Amazing customer service and knowledge about specific car
